Right, as soon as you turn off your mwd, you will get your normal shield strength back, just be aware that it will be ganked the penalty amount (will drop whatever amount for your ship) until your click you shields on to bring them back up

I like 4x 720mm and twin heavy launchers, you can even go with standard launchers if you plan on using light missiles, train up long range targeting and you can just park and pick off npc's from over 50k away with ease, as far as ammo is concerned...

The Minmatar Scythe is pretty rare, I have only seen one of those cruisers about in space. Kinda the "AMC Gremlin" or "Pacer" of the game. But hey, it's a cruiser right, and that makes it alright in my book
