The EVE fiction stipulates that most Minmatar live and work outside Minmatar space. I have no problem with the distribution of these agents. I work for Boundless Creations - entirely within Minmatar space.

I had sell orders in 3 regions - Metropolis, Heimatar, and Aridia. My orders in Metropolis and Aridia are fine and unaltered. Every sell order in Heimatar got completely wiped.
