You can do it for $20 USD, but both accounts need to be full accounts, and active, so if one is suspended, you'll need to petition and ask them to reactive that account for you so you can add a PLEX to it, then do the transfer.

You don't need to put cargo into a Freighter via the Fittings window. You can always open and view your cargo hold using the 'Open Cargo Bay' button in space. You just need to be in range of a POS tower to be able to take things out or put things...

If they are in the same corp, they can as far as I've been told in the Help channel. If they are fleeted with the aggressor, but not in the aggressor's corp, they can't without getting Concorded.

Use both in windowed mode. Having 1 fullscreen will always do what you have mentioned. Use Gamers Window Relocator to place one on one screen, and one on the other. Or you can use the Relocation option in EVEMon.
