does anyone else have problems with onlining modules in a station? my alt can no longer put a covert ops cloak on a viator, i didnt notice this before i docked it seems like something to do with modules not reciveing bonuses from skill levels

I just cant figure this out, the readme is....non existent and i dont have a clue after over 14 hours of trying please can you help me server windows xp with Wamp server 2.0c MySql 5.1.3 (and wtf is a cronjob?)
