get the skills to lvl3 and train some WORTHWHILE skills. when you hit 5m sps, train them to lvl4 then get the advanced skills to lvl3 at 10m if you feel like it train them some more.

im gallente speced with over 28m sps, and soon i will have to train lvl5 skills or train another race, i was looking at minmatar hacs / recons, with t2 specialization weapons it will take 67 days thats excluding lvl5 in frigate. why not do that?
