if you use ferox passive tank you'll need the engineering shield skills. and alwasy use missils if you passive tank cause they use no energy. so heavy missils 4 atleast. work towards T2 heavys and work towards cerberus. 8}

sharp shooter seemed to help drones hit better. atleast on sisi when i trained it to level 5 got lot of comments on it.

caldari deteis = best memory and decent intel in game... minmatar brutis = best perception/willpower caldari best scientist and electronic/engineering characters brutis = best spaceship ops/gunnery training in game.

I think the learn skills to level 3 is well worth the effort after you get into a mission or miner frig first or maby a cruiser. really depends if your high intel/memory character or a high perception/willpower character. personally those with hig...

humm....best source of income is a mining cruiser for the time being....otherwise go for missioning. best mining frigs = probe or imicus IMHO then osprey or scimitar cruisers. geese been so long..... decide if your gonna mine or rat hunt/missi...
