i asked the same thing some time ago and they told me to get the phobos. as it can get a great thank and the inf point scram perfect for catching stuff at the gate. the demios has tons of damge but no tank to speak of so gate camping aint your job.

load it in your guns and try it out. it can work against bigger targets than yourself. but if you fly a active rep setup you really don't wanna use it the cap usage will kill you than.

get a harpy fit small neutron blasters II and fed navy am. tackling in the mids + some cheap faction shiels booster (i have some low grade cristal so i get some nice boost there)+ a AB. DCU II and some mag stabs in the lows. and shield resist rigs...
