2 eccm in the mids, 1 in the lows, talon set iirc. So what that it's unprobable. Any pew pew gang with a single working braincell between them will try to catch you at the gates instead.

So, one GM says you have to do 16 in a row without declining, another says it's luck based. When that happened to me about 2 months ago GM answered me it's normal to do over 16 missions without getting a storyline. I reckon most GMs don't know is...
