Ive seen the same thing. I think it might of worked, pre- last patch (of doom), still better than being stranded mid space after the first failed warp like it used to be.. On second thought maybe It was better broken the way it was before

Try checking the wallet Journal as well as Transations.. select "All types" then click show.

I wouldnt mind if there was a longer re-dock timer, if and only if CCP had seen fit to put windows in any of the damn stations.. I mean why oh why can't I look outside before deciding if its safe to undock or not ?? Huh ?
