My cap gets bugged when using MWDs mostly, and relogging rarely fixes it. Nor does docking / undocking or jumping. Today I repackaged my MWD to try and get rid of the cap bug and it worked. I bet it should work on other modules that get bugged......

I think both happening some real cap bugs and some visual ones. Sometimes i notice a cap bug where it seems my cap is draining at ridiculous rates, but my modules will still work when it seems that i have no cap. Others times, ill get notification...

I recently took 2 sec hits for initiating agression against someone. I would expect that if I warped away adn came back to fight again, but in this case, all I did was wait a while between missiles. -Othnark
