Cool idea anout T3 rigs btw +1. Meantime other modules (except that rigs) - no way. CCP still can not handle with T2 and meta versions of new modules (AAR, ASB, RAH, MJD), and gave no place to big amount of useless modules, like armor platings.

Well, i use harbinger in low sec hunting with beams. It is simply have no CPU to to have on-lined salvager t2. In that area station is not so often. What for should i fly many jumps, if i can turn it on after dealing with rats? It's just an example.

They give options to fit - any type of weapon systems. Without bonuses. It is not the same as Khanid ships
