1. Not enough cap? Divert power to your capacitor! - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
There are capacitor power relays. But those only divert power from shield boosting. If you were to make it so you could take away your speed for capacitor recharge, then you have the possibility of ending up with a supertanked group of battleship...
