Yeah. They do suck. Ive gone to some and theyre full of frigs and cruisers totaling MAYBE 1.5m total. Just in case they might come in handy, I have an out of game text log in Ms Word. Then recycle mmmm love that 5 nocxium.

The higher the effective quality the better the agent. EQ is measured by your agents standings toward you, negotiation skill, and (criminal)connections/diplomacy skill.
