Facts : i often orbit bigger ships at 1,5 km in my ceptor with an AB2. med drones : ouch ^^ ; heavy drones : they never hit me ..... (this is WITHOUT web, need further testing when webbed)

Tempest is very good too ... I did some guristas in it with 4* siege 4*1400mm ,1 large SB II 3 hardener 1 amp, couple PDU II ballistic gyrostab coprocessor. As usual torps own small ships and 1400's are very good complement on slow / far cruisers ...
