IMO the vexor is a good pvp ship, but the thorax is better at unconsensual pvp . The OP said piracy so I guess he wants to kill NPCers / miners / haulers Besides the vexor sucks at tanking sentries while killing haulers

You need a 10MN microwarpdrive if you want to catch people who don't want to fight (NPCers/miners). If you want to engage pvp-fitted ships too, you need an armor plate as well(800 or 1600, dont bother with 400).

It works, however do some maths and you'll understand why it wont save you from someone who has several racials on you . It will help a lot vs single or dual multi spectrum jammers setups

Navy npc's usually suck and can be dodged easily, however once in a while you'll get insta scrambled on uncloaking if you use anything else than a shuttle I lost a nanofiber claw to caldari navy in a .5, and a nano rifter can't remember where...
