1. Sticky:Asking for feedback on Certificate visibility - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
i only use them to show i have the ability to Hull tank. like a boss. i was teaching a some new players and tbh i found the certificates more of a pain in the ass as they got warped up in them and then asked if this was a better thing to do here ...

I have to ask. Why is a RoF considerd Better than a Improved Damg Buff? far as i can relly tell the Megas RoF is takeing over the Damg Bounce but its not wining by much and is Incressing Ammo cost and Engj usege of the guns why not just buff the ...

my thoughtts are local should work as is in 1.0 down to 0.5 then in 0.5 - 0.3 it should have a much longer delay (like 5 -10 mins till it shows up) then in 0.3 to 0.1 add more to it makeing it take much longer so and then in 0.0 local should work ...
