Every Amarr pilot I've heard from seems to be saying they don't need more damage, they need more cap. So maybe instead of changing every ship in the game, CCP could just give Amarr ships more cap?

Do the guys at CCP burn down their houses whenever the paint starts to chip? Just a suggestion, but if one aspect of the game is unbalanced, maybe the fix should focus on that aspect of the game instead of affecting everything?

TEST TRADE SKILL(1) SKILL FOR QA TO TEST MARKET ORDERS I'd train it. I think it also improves your ability to type in all-caps; very useful when trying to annoy the opponent into submission.

I agree with a lot of the above; the system sucks as it is now. But fixing it isn't easy. I don't want T2 BPOs to be as common place as T1's, but it shouldn't be so completely luck-based to get them either. I think CCP should turn off the limits ...

Tossing this in now would also make it a bit easier for newbies to close the gap to the older people, which I think is a good thing. They'd never catch up, but at least the gap would look a little less insurmountable. Increasing the training rate ...
