Maybe saying no is the right thing. Even if you have a base number of 3 of one attribute, it evens out into other attributes. So one person can train industry skills really fast and someone can train Spaceship Command really fast. It all evens out...

I'm a little confused on standings. Is it below -5.0 you will get attacked? So if I kept doing only Gallente Missions will that mean I eventually can't travel into Caldari and Amarr? Cheers
