torps + target painter + heavy drones for BS and cruiser (plenty of DPS), then small drones for frigs - there's enough drone space for both sizes + spares. Instead of struggling to jam in a set of guns just fit 1 for aggression then a drone link...

it will fly through level 3's, however my guess is it would take hours to do some of the harder lvl4's if at all. You need some pretty heavy damage to take some of the higher bounty npc BS down & EM+therm isn't always the best damage to be dealing.

I don't think there's a problem specifically with the hyp, the problem is with general pvp atm. When the NOS I-win button gets fixed and people can effectively use active tanks again the hyp will come into it's own.
