2. Invention profit calculator application - in Science and Industry [original thread]
the primary flaw with this thing is the material lists are incorrect...by ALOT...and even adjusting the ME level of the BP's only makes it marginally accurate. ...an incorrect material list makes the shopping list useless as you still don't have ...

4. Has scanning gotten harder? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Edited by: Vicerus on 09/08/2009 03:21:51 I'll give that a try...I never considered the filter might glitch at a specific scan range. tonight in fact I was trying to nail down a target with 6 probes...found him every time at 8au, but as soon ...

5. Has scanning gotten harder? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
I get that problem frequently on all sigs too...it'll show 100% on the scanner but it may only be a yellow dot, or worse the red circle...lol definitely not a 100% scan. there's clearly a few issues with the new scanning system.

6. Has scanning gotten harder? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
umm I've been scanning for a pretty long time and I don't recall it ever working that way. from what I can tell the filter doesn't rely on the signal strength. Unless it's changed recently, as in weeks, the filter will remove sigs whether you can...

7. Has scanning gotten harder? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
A filter that hides based on signal strength? I just looked and I see no such filter in the list ...and I do get 100% scans, it's just much more frustrating to do so lately when sigs vanish for no reason

8. Has scanning gotten harder? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
i don't think so...i'm scanning down in high sec...there's no reason for them to use the directional plus it happens more often than not...too much for that to be the reason it's something else...I just don't understand how a sig can vanish with...

ok, I guess I was being naive thinking they wouldn't put something on a BPC that didn't apply to THAT BPC...lol any idea what the research tech time is that's listed on the bottom of the T2 BPC? or does that only apply to BPOs too?
