I personally mine a lot of the low end minerals myself whilst waiting for the buy orders for the higher end minerals to fill. I dump the low ends at my build station, then simply transport the higher ends in my transport ship. I'm usually mining...

7. DUST TARGETING POCOS - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I think internal levels for dust might suck a bit - what if instead the pocos shields where linked to a ground based shield emitter? That way the attacking team had to take out that, in order for the space ships to actually blow it up.
