Those reactions are not profitable enough to overcome the fuel costs of a Med tower. Even if you found a moon with both raw materials, and ran the reaction on a med PoS so you had full profits of the reaction, it would roughly break even with fuel...

Not afaik, you jettison for your corp, so it belongs to Corp A in space, and thus Corp B would have to steal it and then relaunch it for Corp B.
