Tekaima is a heavly mined system, it does not surprice me that all the Kernite is gone. I stopped mining there quite a while ago because of that.

Also, since Eve is a MMO, bring a few friends along in there cruisers for protection. If the cargo is worth the trip, you might kick them back a minor fee and all you make out.
