I happen to like the new sexy vioce, hate the changes to colors/windows. The gray backround in the skills widow sucks IMO.
Graphics look different, cheesier. I'm not playing on my Commadore 64 anymore, plz fix the graphics & deep six the new font... EDIT (I mean 2D graphics, logo's etc...)
The increased travel times in empire suck. I understand the reasoning, but still sucks. Hopefully you don't loose too many players because of this...

One valid concern which can now be considered a bug - since we have balanced missiles. 
Meta Rocket and Cruise launchers dont get an increase in capacity over standard t1 versions.
Since most t2 launchers - apart from cruise - have a % capacity increase over t1, could you fix up the meta modules, pretty please with sugar on top? Im sure you can slip it in before you release the fix-patch. And ofc, t2 cruise launchers. -------------

It ruins the game for missile users, which I am seriously considering. "Adapt", pffffft you know it's BS that all missile users are screwed... When turrets are 2x as effective as missiles as any newb missile boat will testify...So now anyone interested in EVE and Missiles will have to train for weeks, just to hit a frig...Std. Launcher with whatever ammo, still hits for crap...less than turrets at the same level of training. Balanced my arse!!!

Not smooth at all, ships just disappear and roids jump scale. Nothing wrong with the way it was before. Is it a bug?
Can we get an option in the menu for that if it is not? =========================

What was in this patch for me?
I don't do POS. I don't do missiles. I don't do industrials. I don't do agent missions.
All I do is PVP in Empire.
The new map has made it nigh on impossible to find targets, has just extended the travel time to find these non-existent targets, means my location agents are farther apart, and the introduction of a less pretty GUI (the new font makes it all look very clumsy) and more laggy GUI (Buddies list is still very very slow, the central bar in the chat channel is too wide and means the channel has to be even bigger to get the already too-large text inside, the scroll bars are narrow and fiddly to use now, half of the module icons are not rendering or look insanely high contrast) has introduced a lot of frustration as far as usability goes. Especially since everything looks washed out and plain, the menu's seem to be even more recalcitrant than before and the LOD feature makes everything look uglier, less sharp, and it is disconcerting to have ships disappear and reappear on screen.
It just seems this patch has gotten me nothing but bugs, undocumented changes, and longer travel times.
That's my opinion, anyway.

1. I dont get a r-click menu from my surveyscanner, i.e. cant lock roids from scan result list.
2. The repair bug got only partialy fixed. The error buzz when repairing is gone, but repackaging an item right after repair is done still fails. ( have to open the session on the same item again to repackage) Very annoying when repairing ram's and rdb's.
Rest all seems well sofar, but havent been ingame much. Nice patching :)

Scanner filter and search in assets. I found some items I`ve lost months ago and I dont have to stare in asteroids in scanner.
Howewer scanner is slower now.

scan probes dont show up in overview. so using the option "use overview settings" in scanner when looking for scanprobes while savespotted is no option. please fix.

Itermittent Capacitor Display Bug is still in place.
Sometimes the cap will read as 99% no matter what the real level is.
Yes, I flushed the cache after upgrade.

Got a problem with buying some items in Market. Click on Buy Item ,just get the grey window come up, where you normally put in the number to buy. But this window is just totally grey.
Example is trying to buy a Station Container in Wysalan VIII Moon 1 Rep Sec Svcs Assmb Plant. Relogging doesn't help.
I have experienced this before now with another item, but cant remember what.

I have been experiencing a serious graphics glitch. Got it on test, before patch as well. I call it the 'Uncommanded pan/freeze/snap-back' bug, because that defines what you see...
Every few seconds, maybe once a minute at most, the display freezes, the POV starts to roll away from centre, and you cannot see anything 'new' on the screen. A bit of testing confirms that commands are being aknowledged by the server through keyboard or mouse, but it's a little difficult since you can't see anything happening. After a few seconds, up to about ten, the view snaps back and updates. Full control is then available again.
This bug is really bad, as it happens almost all the time, and can lead to pod-pilot death if it happens at the worst time! 
I have taken the usual precautions - cleared the cache, fiddled with the graphics setup, but to no avail. Is anyone else suffering from this?

Major bug:
When training some of the new missile skills, it can cause missiles to do zero damage.
Also, it can cause serious stability issues. I can no longer enter Inoue, the system i trained the skill in, because it would never load, and relogging will hang at the enter character screen. Have to get a petition to be moved

The stats on SISI conform to the stats on the item database.
Its a fair assumption that CCP has decided no freighter shall have 1m m3 hold ever.
Expect to see it fixed whenever the fix-patch comes out. -------------

Im all for the T2 missile skills etc. but what i have found to be heart breaking is the fact that you have raised the requirements for a missile launcher so high i cant fit 4 launchers on it and shield booster/ extender, yet i can fit out me top row on a punisher and get an armour rep pkus plates on it. T2 missile BP's would have been nice on the market as well, and why is it missiles dont have their own T2 weapons upgrade? I petition about the changes to the fittings and got put on to this thread so while im here i would also like to make you aware of the following, i was told changes to ships etc was intentional, so why the extra 8k of grid for a megathron and something like 6k on a apoc? I am training the new missile skills the higher i train the the less damage they do (helps me loads!). Also the missile's damage is in relation to sig radius and speed now, so when a mwd is on the missiles do more damage but when i use a target painter they do less? Tracking disruptors/ enhancers should also now then have an affect of the damage from missiles yet they do nothing! Im am experienceing major grief in borked modules! i have say 2 modules identical, yet 1 will give me a higher enhancement that the other (no this is not stcking either) and some will be fitted yet change nothing! I have found some missions to be giving me wrong info like "spy stash" tells me to destroy the building when i can open it like a can, also now my lvl3 agents are giving me missions for 40-50k and 40-50 loyalty points despite the fact that i have a 9.x+ standing with them? I have found the market tab to be randomly broken. I am experiencing manjor lag in some systems, no before you start about connection speeds i have a 2 meg line! When i undock, get close to jump gates or close to roids i find my on screen navigation sticky! NPC loot tables are more borked than ever, i got told pre patch that high lvl npcs (battleships etc.) would be more inclind to drop fraction loot all i get now is spam like civi shiled booster and ship logs! Complex's spawns seem to take longer. I could swear that the cap recharge times on some of my ships seems to be increased and some modules power usauage increased as well so now i can not tank damage as effectively?
These are just some of my frustrations over the past week post patch! ALl i realy am interested in right now is hopefully you guys reveiwing the changes of missile/ module fittings requirements and fixing broken skills!

It seems I cannot go to max speed from standstill by clicking the button - might be just me, but I have to lick something less than max speed before clicking the max speed button.
Stations being bigger kinda sucks - I always manage to get hung up on stations when warping to places. You know, that wierd thing where you say "warping" and the warp bar goes all the way to the bottom, then bounces a lot as your ship retardedly bonks into the station over and over like a blind hamster in a shoebox.
Warp Drive Active lady - old one > new one. Options!
When I put a link in my bio and click the link, it fills up the bio screen. When I close it, I find that my entire bio has dissappeared. This is a major headache. A workaround is to right click ship -> show info and look at your bio that way.... but its a pain.

no, it doesnt. clearing the cache several times. but the bug with grey buywindow sometimes still there :(

I can not recieve or send items . . well I can place items in escrow . . it takes it . . then it is gone. the escrow was to a person ,not to anyone. this is happening to all my accounts. now I have a ship and many other items that no longer exsist. the patch was not new character friendly. As in you have to now get that destroyer or crusier as soon as possiable . . just can not build a working frig without having weapons upgrade 5 now. heavy missiles seem to do less damage then the light missiles now.
those are the only issiues or bugs I have came across since patch.
forgot to add . . seems to be a whole lot more lag now, sometimes disconnects
other then that I like what ya did . . ahh so far

i have several bugs. When i use webbers theres no grafic. I cant drag from makret to chat. My missile range skills (bombartment and projection) dosnt kick in. and last when rats fire at me the red frame from overview dissapears (not sure if this has been fixed)

When fitting t2 heavy missile launcher, i dont get the 2% rof bonus (have the spec at 1 only, so not sure if it will fix itself once i get it further up). Bug report sent.

Read the dozen or so threads on the subject that have already been posted. Basically:Buy the new skills, train the new skills and adapt. It will require you to use your brain a bit more but then afk fighting always was lame.
Just thought I'd point out that he stated that he bought the new skills and was training them (already completing at least one level of them), but his main point was that even with them, not one missile did any damage. This is obviously not the intention of the nerf (to do 0 damage on either light or heavy misiles.
Wish people would read the posts rather than copy and paste the response-in-a-can "adapt". Not picking on anyone in particular, but we are all tired of the posts about the missiles and have yet to see an official CCP response as to whether this is a bug (which it should be) or they in fact intend that missiles (light or heavy) should do NO damage until a certain level has been reached on the advanced skills (which I dont think we'll see as it makes missiles entirely useless).

i haven't read all 31 pages of this thread but here are my 2 bugs: 1 using alt enter to switch from window-mode to fullscreen and back. The "enter" is passed to the client and activates the current control which has the focus, eg after docking the station manager. 2 using copy all from a note and pasting it either in chat or an ingame mail causses the last letter of each line to disapear. eg 1234 becomes 123.

my BUG is I CAN NOT stay connected to eve -last 36 hrs only time since day AFTER patch that I could do anything but crash every 3-5 minutes
