i've tried to read through it all, but wouldn't a limit on the maximum runs on what ever operation you are doing be good? makes life harder for the hoarders but to someone making "proper" use of the labs i would imagine not much of an impact. my 2p

i am copying a bpo at the moment, each copy run takes 4 days 4 hours. so a time limit such as this wouldn't work, at least not this length.

Go for two tier one BS's. An arma and a scorp would be my recommendation. Each has a role, scorp is purely PVP (although I did use it for mining once) and the geddon can do npc to a point and its wicked for mining. It may be better going for 2 Ti...
