Yep tech2 components are rewards pretty regularly... and they fixed them, so you don't get only money or datasheets every mission after you decline some. It seems quite ok.

Exactly... the trick is to use money you have to generate more money. If you buy a battleship and use it for pvp in 0.0, but don't get enough of money from pvp to pay your ship back you will end up with having less isk. It's fun.. but if you only ...
