1. NEx succex: the plumetting of PLEX - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
this was to be expected. People have been hoarding Plex for speculation purposes. Just put that graph on 3 months. Now seeing as how things turned out, those people want to get rid of their plex while prices are still high. Net result, prices drop.

mmm not the most helpful of distro's in this instance, since slackware doesn't support gnome anymore. (gtk has big ties with gnome) There is however dropline gnome for slackware, which probably will install all the necessary packages for you, but...
