lse and rechargers and resistances should get you a nice passive tank but as said before ecm is best tank not for pve though but pvp 4 ships attacking you all ecm ed, is no dps incoming

gallente destroyer getsyou biggest cargo around 850 depending skills and mods should be enough for all lev 3 s , lev 4 s occasionally you ll need one warp back

4 against dedicated ones one safespot is not enough 9 always be carefull , only fly what you can replace if it sred warp away , andhop between safespots or systems even if below -0.5 be carefull if aboce 0.0 be very carefull

you re not online 24/7 skills do train up 24/7 getting a learning skill up to 4 in beginning takes 2 days ? thats offline time when online switch training to another skill

just get station containers i have 13 of em so everything that i bring in has a place in one of the containers that way you can directly put everything away (refine, precious, minerals, etc). the loading time will then be very short for only 13 it...

you can jetmine with small one as well put in one of the lowslots an expander and you ll have no problem question is why using a small one when it s nearly no training time to get to medium one(which doubles the income) difference with large bar...
