Yes I've never understood why it is this way. If you don't complete the jump, why should you get the huge cooldown hit? That said, I think warp scrams should have a slightly longer range, but that's a whole other topic.

Please reconsider removing this feature. It's entirely avoidable for people that do not wish to utilize the teams, and super useful for those who wish to add complexity and planning for a small or medium benefit.

I didn't even think of attack battlecruisers. It would be great to see them in nullsec again. The cloak changes also go against the whole 'wait for a mistake' mentality. Today you can keep a bomber fleet on a jump bridge, or even 30km off a fight...
