That fit is bad for the following reasons: 1. The Raven does not have a Bonus to Hybrid weapons, so fitting Turrets is a waste of your 2 Utility high slots. Especially since those turrets are Dual 250mm. 2. You have EIGHT capacitor support modules...

These vessels use jump drives, which have to lock onto a Cynosural field to jump. Cynos can only be opened in 0.0-0.4 systems. And they cannot use Stargates. So technically, one can exist in a hisec system, but once it leaves, it cannot return.
