I can see both sides to the issue. On one hand being a Raven Pilot I think this is a great idea. On ther other hand I can see how it would hurt the passive tankers. I say the best compromise is a new skill. (rank 2 or 3)

My opinion on POS would of been to jsut give them slots and everything goes in them. say weapons and harvestors in highs, Reactors in mid and stuff like hangers in the low. would of made alot more sence
