So as new ships come out they eventually get an abreviated name.
i.e. Heavy Dictors got HIC
Heavy Assaults got HAC
I propose the new Strategic Cruiser be officially refered to as SACs
This way when you lose your multi-billion ISK T3 cruiser you can say
"I got my SAC kicked in by some noob in a rifter"

I vote for SAC as well. Easy to remember, doesn't conflict with other acronyms.

"ST" is pronounced as "Sht" in german and "C" as "K".
So on TS it might sound like "Shtrac" or in german "Schtrak"
And as for the ingame translation it is "Strategischer Kreuzer".
Which can be shorten as "STRAK", very similar to the english "STRAC".

All the acronyms sound too alike, especially over TS or Vent in the heat of a battle.
LEGO sounds totally different and is also funny and your intentions would be clear when calling primary.

Just to be clear, Tactics != Stratagy (yes it's spelled wrong, G1 doesn't have spell check : ( )
Tactics are small group manuevers done to achieve temporary (as in that moment, even though it may turn the over all tide of the battle/war) superiority.
Stratagy is the large overarching goal of Armies/Battallions/Nations/Empires. It is generally considered to be the 'end game' idea.
You can have multiple tactics in order to fufill a strat, and you can have multiple layered strats.
So MoMs, Titans and generally any Capital ship is a strat ship while HICs, HACs, and LEGOs are tac ships.
Signatures are annoying...kinda like me. |

Most likely it will be predominately "lego" or "scru", with the occasional outliers calling them "sac"s.
Most people know "sac" is sacrilege.

Other ship classes already mentioned got the first letter for every word (or almost that), so it should be better simply: SC
