The CFS Executive Council will determine who can use such deployables and where they can be used. A high ranking officer in their respective corporation or alliance wanting to have deployables in our space will represent themselves to the Council. The Council shall also determine who places what deployables where. Any corporation with deployables in CFS space must adhere to the CFS charter and not use their deployables in any form to close off any section of space. If deployables are found in areas not designated to them they may be captured/destroyed under orders of The Council after given 3 days warning. FA would have hardly any ground to stand on, if you take the stations back from someone else who has been holding them for a while.

I certainly see no offical marking by the main poster. I also doubt any leader of CFS would post logs on official forums. A diplomat might as well put a gun to his head. It is perfectly understandable that the locals want to be rewarded for defending the station - I hear they owned a Shinra fleet down there 2-3 days ago. Was it 5 or 9 Shinra BS lost? The best thing to do is to trust the leaders to come to a mutually beneficial and fair deal. That is afterall the good thing about the region. It's not populated by rabid shot'em all dogs like CA :p
