Loki jumps into our C2 via hs static. There are only two of us online and we don't know if he's part of a hunting gang so we wait a bit. I've got an alt a few systems away coming in with supplies in a Domi.
The Loki jumps out just as my Domi arrives on the hole. Oh well.
I jump the alt in.
The Loki pilot jumps straight back in after me, to find us waiting for him.

In no particular order:

1. Some guy sat outside his pos in a HIC trying to catch our bombers, he brought out a harb with sebos and accidently targetted his own tower with hot weapons, he got lit up like a xmas tree. Then he decided it would be a good idea to put the harb pilot into a guardian and start repping mods, his agro timer was still on and got popped by his tower again. Then he rege-quit with his HIC bubble up and was stuck in it, indefinately giving himself agro until we killed him..

I think you mean fleet issue, as the Tribal is almost completely unique

I just double checked and you are right it is a fleet issue but he does have a tribal issue somewhere.

Though, if it does belong to him, then there's a story to tell and I want to hear it.

There's three in the game.

Entity has one, the dude with all the ISK in PL has the other, and the third last changed hands for 100 billion at 2009's prices. Now I'm not sure where that one ever went*, but pretty sure it's not into a random 13 member WH corp no one has ever heard of (not to be taken as an insult).

I'm never really want to do the "pics or it didn't happen" thing ... but ... pics or it didn't happen.

Though, if it does belong to him, then there's a story to tell and I want to hear it.

I'd say, with the advance warning we had, anyone who lost stuff on that day would qualify for this thread.


EDIT: I've got one. One day one of our French corps found a Chimera floating in an offline tower and threw a character in it to steal it. They had to log it soon after because of hostiles coming in from k-space. They did manage to convo the original owner and sell the capital back to them for 850 mil, after which they left it at his tower.

Turns out the POS owner never reboarded the capital and changed the password on his POS, tossing the carrier back into space. Probe Patrol found it soon after:

I'll take a carrier loss on my board for a story as funny as that.

I have no idea of the incident in question, but I can say that if you engage thinking you truly outnumber a gang from an entity that is 5 times your size, then you're doing it wrong.

we were scouting a chain and found some caps in a po. for no apparent reason 1 rorqual and 2 chimera's warped to planet 1 at 0 and stayed there. in the fight after he fielded another 6 capitals consisting of rorq's, chimera's, thanny's and an ecm neuting phoenix. what ever he was doing with 3 capitals at a planet.......i will never know. he gave us his forcefield password after selfdestructing all his capitals after a 2 hour fight.

Spawned my static and jumped through. Aha, on offline POS with SMAs and CHA, jackpot! Not much drops (mostly PI stuff) from the CHA but the SMAs drop a good few ships. One of which is a Chimera....

So I jump in the Chimera and scoop as much stuff as I can, then bring an alt in a hauler in to pick up other stuff. I think a bit more and realise that my options are to self-destruct the Chimera for insurance or use it for fun fights in their system. The second option sounds a lot more fun. However, the Chimera fit is pretty shoddy, so I need a POS to refit it. So I throw a POS up and spam some turrets.

By this stage the occupants are logging in. Some nice shiny ships, T3s, faction BS! This could be fun. But it's late and I have to log. And next morning I log in and they've all packed up their POS and evacced.

So I contacted a broker and sold the system (C2 with C3 static I think), including my POS and the Chimera, for over 2 billion.
