1. One time our scout had just entered our fresh static C3 and reported a legion on scanner, he had been doing anomalies but noticed our scout in d-scan and warped to his pos. Our scout then began chatting with the legion pilot and convinced him to come do sites with our scout, who went back to our pos to change to a drake. At this point we thought it might be a bait but we had a pretty sizeable force for a C3 group to tackle. But no. As soon as our drake landed on the site, the legion appeared there too and started shooting sleepers. Needless to say our scout could barely tackle him as we were all laughing our asses off. 
2. Once I was scouting our static C3 and was just looking at an online pos where there were 2 online domis chilling. For some reason they slowboated outside of the shields and started shooting each other, only to both get popped by the tower guns seconds later. Well, happens, I thought. But couple of minutes later they both boarded new domis and did the same thing again.  Biggest WTF moment so far.
3. I was once again scouting our static and saw nothing but a Loki at a pos. We hadn't killed anything that night yet so I wanted to try everything. I found the pos and noticed the Loki pilot was online. Sent him a fleet invite, never expecting him to be stupid enough to actually accept it. But behold! The Loki turned purple on the overview and immediately I initiated a squad warp to the sun. I would've paid any amount of isk to see his face when I uncloak my tackler legion in the same warp tunnel with him. Seconds later we land at the sun, I tackle his ass and my fleet comes in to perform bukkake on it.
4. Just a couple of weeks ago, rolling our c3 static again, I found a domi, moros and an archon at a pos in dscan. Then I noticed there is no force field.  I warped to them and to my amazement found they were just chilling next to the offline tower and the archon had no pilot in it. I get close to the Archon and we warp our archon pilot in a t1 frig to me.
We successfully steal the Archon. While all that was happening and most of our guys still logging in etc. the Moros warps away. I was in a tackle Tengu and the rest of us were armor with Guardians too, so I was a little afraid to uncloak. Looking back at that I would've been in no danger whatsoever. (Domi might have had some neuts and drone dmg, but thats about it. Also hadn't scouted their pos yet) Facedesked pretty hard after letting the Moros go. The Archon had remotereps fitted so we brought as little dps as we could to bait them maybe to bring the moros back. They brought some small **** and another domi and we cleaned them up, stripped the carrier from modules and self-destructed it.

Having just found this thread, I am utterly terrified one of my losses is in here.
As to my own story; right after the POS fuel change earlier this year, the first wormhole I entered had a tower where they had forgotten to use the new fuel blocks.
It included a Tengu and Cheetah who logged into the pos whilst we were looting everything 
Was a few months back, and I was actually writing the post whilst looting so the writing style is all over the place. It's not exactly an epic tail of stupidity, but we made a few billion from it so I'm not too bothered.

A while back I was scouting out static at around 5 in the am central time. No one was on, and I needed to make some money as it was time to plex again. I find myself a vital and figure it is going to be good money since all 6000 of the stuff would go to me. Also the money from this would likely pay for one of the plex and a good chunk of the other.
I had started to get setup to take care of the sleepers using a super secret method, when I had to go afk because of some RL issues I had to take care of. (lactose intollerant) I came back, get in my gassing ships an almost warp to static. But I decided to go scout it out again, seeing as how I had just went afk for about two hours, and what do you know, someone is running my vital. I see on Dscan 4 gassing ships, a nice little swarm of hobgoblin 1s, and two cans conviently named c540 and c320.
It is now 7 am. No one is online that is actually not being afk. I start to run over the scenarios in my head. I could use a bomber, but likely wont pop him and will probably want the gas. (I really wanted my gas) I ran through a few others as well when all of a sudden, it hit me. I get my bustard ready and warp my anathema off to the outer planet and pop combats. I put them on the bookmark for the site, but dont hit scan yet. I warp to the site at 100 and bookmark the cans. I wait a few minutes for hte bookmarks to appear in corp bookmarks, then hit the scan button for my combats.
My combats appear on dscan, and then these guys immediately start to warp out. Once they are gone, I warp my bustard to the 320 can, grab it, warp him to a 400k tacticle, then back to the two 540 cans. (Apparently they needed a second.) I warp the bustard back in grab as much 540 as I can when a rapier decloaks and points my bustard with only 1 point, and then is kind enough to web him down. My bustard gets out and back into home. I deposite the gas and decide to get greedy. I put my main in a noctis and warp to the can 50k off.
I tractor in the can and my bustard lands on my position as two arazus decloak and start to burn towards me. I pull the gas and then warp both ships out.

Saw gassers running vital in static.
Used combats to scare them off.
Scooped most of the loot.
Got greedy came back and scooped rest.

I die a little inside when I see BRs like that, having triage on the carrier and a fleet with the same tanking composition would have completely swung the fight. |

I jumped into a WH the other day and saw a couple of battlecruisers on scan, no POS. Naturally I'm thrilled, but they're not an an anom, so I figure they must be in a gas site or something. I find somewhere to drop probes, spend a while d-scanning them out, and finally scan them down. It takes me two tries to get a hit, but these things happen. It's only when we land on-grid that I realize they were at an interbus POCO the entire f**king time and I could have just warped to them from my goddamn overview. |

Temnava is a rather active WH corp...so...Yes i'm fairly certain it relates to wormholes

The other night, I had just woken up from a well-deserved rest after spending 24 hours camping a carrier we happened to get a 100% hit on before he logged. Anyway, not long after coming back, one of our guys camping the static reports a Helios comes into system, and warps off to a planet. Naturally, with nothing else better to do, he follows. He then reports over comms "pilot's jumped into his pod." Wtf?
He doesn't quite know what to make of it, so he starts burning toward him, only to see him disappear. It takes him a few seconds to register the corpse on his overview. Apparently, some idiot from Intrepid Crossing came into our system, warped to a planet, ejected from his ship, and self-destructed his pod for no apparent reason. |

Gonna post this here, one of our dreads warped to wrong anom, I told rest of supp to reship to carriers to save thinking I could tank the spawn (which I have done many times) and well neuts got the better of me. Rulux had already run smarties so logofski wasnt an option!!!!!

Luckily being wh folk there was enough isk in the pot to be able to completely reship and refit............... now just need a way in!

Three things funny interesting happened in last 2 weeks with the corp im in, we live in a C5, in our static we came across another corp (gunna leave out names, though can easily find out by checking KB) running sites, they had a decent fleet and so did we so they fight was good, but we had logi and they didnt so we eventually killed them all easily, most of them managed to avoid getting podded, and came back with more ships to which we killed. They joined our public channel saying gf and what not and 1 guy said "you destroyed all my ships and i dont have enough to replace them :("
Fast forward an hour or 2 were just chilling looking for some fights, our scout on another WH starts shouting about an orca jumped jumped through, we head his way, scout uncloaks making the orca panic and jump back through the WH polarizing himself, we arrive and get him into deep structure, he ejects and warps away, i jump in his orca, scoop my loki and bring the orca back to home system to sell later.
Turns out the orca pilot was the same guy that joined our public channel and complained he didnt have enough isk to replace his losses. I lol'd hard :D
Second thing was just the other day, scout finds orca on scan towards our WH obviously trying to collapse the WH or something, as he lands the orca vanishes (assuming it jumped back through), we all jump into cloaky ships and warp to 10 of WH waiting for him to come back, got impatient and sent a scout through, no sign of him. Just as we were giving up a tengu jumps through, we melt the tengu.
Scout says another tengu, loki and proteus are landing other side of hole, we begin to jump through, i was 10km off hole so kept cloak and slow boated to hole, SUDDENLY ORCA DECLOAKS! Im like ZOMG its still here ill get point , (suddenly realize in my haste i grabbed the wrong ship and it didnt have a point) on it so here i am bumping the orca to prevent it warping lol.
Orca jumps through the hole (by this stage he knew he was dead). We had sent a bubbler in also and he had set up other side to grab their pods.
Melted the Orca, the the loki and another 2 tengus. Some very expensively fit, got a few of their pods including their corp leader who had a full slave set valued at 3.4bisk.
So they sent all these expensive ships and pods to save an 800misk orca and ended up loosing about 9bisk with ships, fittings and pods in total.. It was a good day :D
Last thing was we probed out a null sec exit and went looking for pew, lovely Nyx on scan nom. Eventually the locals ( i think they were goons but i cant remember rightly) put up a fleet, warped to our WH (at 0, i dont know why), this particular fleet we had about 15-20 people, armor T3's mostly and some logi. They had the same amount of people with tengus and assortment of other ships. We annihilated them, they all reshipped and came back, we annihilated them AGAIN! They reshipped and came back a THIRD TIME which we promptly destroyed again, by this time it was getting late and i went home and logged off but i found out the next day a 4th engagement happened to which we won again lol. We either took no losses ourselves or very little losses, cant rightly remember off the top of my head. |

I think the owner quckly refitted it to gas or was a horrible attempt at bait (like the ones I pull) |

I was running a c2 site (I was bored so sue me!) and got jumped by a cloaky tengu and hic......5 minutes later they left when the discovered they couldn't break my tank as i ignored them and crried on my farming in the site. I felt sorry for them as they did the warp of shame away. My corp mates couldn't even be bothered whith them as it flet like stabbing puppies with rusty screwdrivers.

T-Lost, (Double-Down) rolled our static for us today.
Scout reports an Orca and Dreadnought on our statics K162. Dread jumps in and back out, warps off. Orca jumps in and the hole collapses. What I think was a smart move was he cloaked not too long after the hole died, we thought for a second that it collapsed from him jumping back through, but that didn't make much sense , So I approach him, he decloaks, then we tackle him and bring him into structure.
Somewhere in the mix, he initiated the SD sequence, which none of us even noticed the message for. Big surprise he ejects and warps off. Since we didn't see the SD message, we were just holding the orca until a pilot showed to scoop, but as the pilot landed the Orca goes pop. Damn, thought they were giving us a free Orca. Shortly after the Orca blew up, we notice a corpse on scan. Okay, so he podded himself, saved us the trouble of hunting him.
I see a little irony in this, but moving on to the next....
2) The Dread they used to roll was stabbed!! Yes, WCS.. on a Dread.
We were hoping that a GF was afoot, but instead, we got lulz. Which is fine for now I guess..Thanks guys! o7

The dread was not stabbed, you landed on it while it was ewarping from logging in... We were actually in process of launching an expo, which is why we wanted that system. Also, what were you expecting to do to my dread with that lone anathema? I had loki support right behind the dread as well.
About the Orca, mistakes happen in W-space. I was doing a routine collapse, Orca first, then dread follows. I was dual boxing them, and did not realize that the orca had not jumped out due to the 10sec session change. Before I could remedy the situation I hastily jumped the dread out... 5ish T3s were landing so was kinda in a hurry. I was hoping you thought I had jumped when I cloaked... did not work out though.
~800mil loss is acceptable in comparison to the 40bil we made in the expo. It was minor set back.
But yes, I agree I had a fail moment... and moving on!! |

It was not a login warp, pilot was online and on dscan the whole time, I dropped combats on grid from your Loki which tried to catch me, had enough time to pin it and warp to it, point it, before you knew what was happening. Also, I was in a Cheetah.
