1. I'm trying to get some friends turned on WHs so i find them a quiet C1/low to play in. I cant be there all the time so i put my alt inside ( who happened to be in NPC corp). Who cares, as long as i have the FF pass (you see where this is going) its nemas problemas, right....... unless you log off in the POS ofcourse. Next day I log back in and surely bounce off the shields in my Bestower while POS alphas me at some 150 km.
2. We are taking turns bombing grouped POS mods. Its costing much more than its worth but its almost down time, we are bored and apparently inhabitants are japaneese who dont speak english so its all for good fun. I even think there was this well thought-through idea of a ransom. Sometime half way through the shields one of residents decides to put his foot down and warps out in his Manti. Now im sitting some 200 km off the POS waiting for my turn when hirohito uncloaks and without any reason at all blows him self up in his own bombing run. We all scared shitless pack up and leave.

3. There's this certain someone errhhmmIknowofhrmm who in the begining of his eve carrier fleeted up with a stranger to bash an offlined tower in c5....in a hound.

So this is pretty dumb, i joined a corp and i was on my way to my corps WH and had to pass through one WH to get ours ....well at the time i didint know that  so when i got in the first Wh there was a corp BM for a Pos so after my long journey i was finally at an end, but then i noticed (mid warp) that it was putting me something like 90km away from it and when i a landed i didint see and green on my overview and by the time i found out what i just did a gun popped my little poor frig and i podded myself out of there, the guys at the WH who ever they were had a dam good luagh about it that when i learned to ask befor jumping somewhere in a WH... |

Battle-report for story below
So I'm in an ex-Narwhals (now Surely You're Joking) wormhole, warping about POSes, shooting at them with my bomber.
I know this will provide lots of mails and hopefully provoke a fight from some well-known adversaries.
(It actually provided some hatemails from a Pandora Sphere director, who thought I was someone else which was pretty funny)
I see some ships warping about (T3s, Sabre, Daredevil etc.) but noone is looking at wormholes. Anyway, as I shoot a tower, the DD lands 160km from me, 250km from his POS, I poke at him a little in local about how he was so close to me. A Sabre lands in the POS and I assume some attempt on my bomber is going to be made.
I make a joke in local when I see both of them warp off to planet 12, moon 5 like "Hey guys, what's at 12-5? NVM, I'm on my way over". - I didn't actually warp because I figured the sabre would throw up a bubble with the DD on the outside. I make a bounce and land on the POS.
OH SH*T. Their forcefield was down (with ~20 minutes until online). There is currently a Loki, DD, Sabre, Tengu and something else I don't remember protecting it. I make a call to bring a BC / Logi fleet, with the intention of fighting the T3s.
Well the WH is a few jumps accross so we move together as a fleet. As we all land on the entrance to the SYJ wormhole, we're about to jump when an ORCA appears on the hole next to it (awesome fit BTW, love what you did with the shield & armor tank). I call for the point and he jumps, we jump with and land on the other side with him. Sabre is on the hole and dies before most of the fleet can lock him. An Abaddon then appears (must have held his cloak on the WH), gets pointed and shot down, shortly followed by the Orca.
During the fight, I send one of our ships to their POS (which had the Loki still on it). The Loki warps off before my guy lands and we've cleared the wrecks of loot at the WH, so move to the POS.
We land at the exact same time (and in the same place) as the daredevil. He speeds away and is in structure about 50km away when my warrior IIs catch him one last time and he pops. We blow up the SMA and CH, receiving only a Scorpion, Mastodon and various POS mods.
TL;DR - We poked at T3s for a fight, ended up killing an Orca on a WH and finding a tower with its FF down.

I starting to wonder if there shouldn't be some sort of I.Q. test to activate wormholes.
We took down another pos last night, this time with a full compliment of guns, which we were prepared to deal with first. Except, the never targeted us. They were all online, but not once did they fire at us. So we systematically incapped them, and then shredded the pos. Walked away with two Drakes, a Naga, half a dozen shuttles, an Osprey, a mining fit Apoc, and an Iteron that contained two customs offices. That, on top of the loot we liberated from their anchored can, which totalled close to 100mil I believe.
Impromptu Asset Requisition at it's finest.

Looks like that bug we had when stuff moved around and everything in a POS suddenly could end up outside of the shields.
If it's recent thou, I would guess its just somebody with bad anchor-aim :)
