I've been ****** over by the GM's before. They really dont care, I doubt they actually check most problems out thoroughly.
I think this guy deserves his RP's back plus some more. Someone really needs to get the GM's a clue.

I once had a faulty menu with no option to decline the mission but only to take my research elsewhere, I didn't want the missions and  there went some 5000 RD points down the drain. Nothing to be done I was told.

It does suck, but if you keep up a sensible dialog with them I've always found things to be worked out in the end.
I also think you should get your rp back, but shouting about it probably won't help mate, I guess they get lots of abuse everyday (I'm not implying that you are being abusive) and I also guess that shouting is inversely proportional to help received....
They really arenĘt out to screw us over you know...

Sometimes I get the impression 'we' are playing in 'their' little universe, and they ain't to pleased about it.
It ain't fun to lose 5 months work, but it isn't solely the Dev's fault, a few actions could've been taken by yourself to prevent this from happening. There are bugs in this game and every single member of the playerbase has to work around them.

They should compensate. Things like this are demotevating for all players. Not only the author. Tbh I think they will make it good again. Just keep talking to them. This is to much of a dissaster to not compensate with anything

Although you have also some fault for taking 5 months to check the info on your agent, you are a paying costumer and a paying costumer must always be treated with respect.
They must have some kind of records showing how many missions you did and make an average RP from that.
I have bad dreams about bugs and i always check and double check and triple check (etc etc) all the important things i do in EVE.
Although you are competition in the R&D area i wish you the best of luck dealing with those aparently incompetent GMs.
PS: All my past problems with bugs have been solved very well by the GMs and i cannot complain about them, so im just taking that your story is true.

And sister Raven if you'd played the game during your trial and enjoyed it .. it really wouldn't matter about some of the rules in the forum they are in-place to control what is posted and to prevent posts like yours. Shame that you clearly do not want to play the game anymore.. because it really is very good
