btw - i know of people with 200,000 + rp's who havnt got a BP yet at all
so i would worry about not being in the draw - you would of got anything anyways

Aye - that sucks, 5 months worth of work down the plug hole, I would be mad 
But just talk it through with the GM's, most issues get resolved with a reasonable outcome for the player.

I do understand that 'ranting' on these forums isnt going to really help my cause but for what its worth its made me feel a little better. I assure you I will continue to pursue this through proper secure channels (ie petition) but after the initial reply appear to be simply getting stonewalled with the 'auto-reply'. I also have not said anything which could be considered abusive so as a paying customer I feel Im ok to express my opinions on here without it detrimentally effecting the support I receive/deserve.
Thanks for the support guys. If (and I hopefully mean WHEN) they adequately compensate me with RP's/isk/bpo then I would of course thank them kindly but so far this has left a rather bitter taste in my mouth.
I too have received mostly good support in the past.....except the time when a GM told me, in response to a problem with EVE locking my PC, that I should try re-installing windows (even though only EVE caused issues) because sometimes it matters whether you install Windows on a Friday as opposed to a Saturday ...wtf. Needless to say I went a bit postal because sometimes I am sure they sit in the office after a few beers at lunch laughing at us.
As said though I hope with continued dialogue/pestering I can get the compensation I deserve. Cheers guys. If its not against forum rules I will even let you know how I get on because as someone mentioned. This is the sort of thing which could cause me to quit this great game.
Oh and yes Bubbles I know I probably wouldnt have got a BPO , but you gotta be in it to win it. I get what ya saying though.

I believe Entropy/Chaos still should show you (roughly) how many research points you should have. All missions you have done are stored on the database (although I dont know if they get deleted after you took you research elsewhere). I hope a GM will give you back your research points. Good luck.

When a player loses his ship to a bug, and the bug is confirmed by a GM, the player will receive his ship and any modules back.
I understand the process of checking logs for ship types/modules and then spawning them into someones hangar is relatively easy compared to calculating RP totals for a 5 month period when there are so many variables such a skills trained, missions completed etc but surely one of the Devs involved developing Agent Missions could at least donate him a rough figure of, say, 45k research points?
I've never had a poor experience with GM's so I'm quite amazed at the callousness of being so lazy and not even raising the matter to higher powers.

I agree. Give him his points. Surely his agent emails are logged? - they should be able to determine how many points he has.

Unfortunately players are in a no-win situation when things like this happen. What can you do? Suck it up and start again? Quit the game you love playing?

im affraid to say you, like me, have been hit by the gm's "zero tollerance" bat for Reimbursements. Its ashame that the bat is sometimes put away in a cupboard for some people

Not only did they not reimburse you for what they admitted was their mistake, they didn't even appologize. Heck, they may as well have said "Thanks for your money - Sucks to be you!"
Seriously, CCP - Whatever GM did this really needs to be fired.
