At the moment we have the following farcical scene:
Pirate Fleet On Gate - gun ignores them
2nd Pirate Fleet warps in - gun ignores them
Pirates fight each other - gun ignores them
Pirates pop - pirates are podded - gun ignore them
Cyno goes up - capitals start shooting -gun ignores them
Someone puts a remote rep on.... HOLY ****E!!! HES USING A REMOTE REP!!!! GET HIM!!!!!!!!!!
Youve got a situation where capital ships are blatting hell out of each other without even the slightest interest from the gate guns but if you DARE put on one remot rep - they go ape

I support the lack of gun aggro , thumbs up to that, but I'm not sure if the RRing ship shouldn't become outlaw flagged for repping an outlaw for a certain time period.
Now while I agree it's unfair to the blinky pie that the logistics gets gun aggro I'm not sure if it's fair to everyone else that the logistics does not become outlaw flagged for repping an outlaw, if that makes sense.

Good lord yes, supporting the heck out of this!!!
There's nothing so frustrating as having my own corpmate come under fire at a gate (he's -10) and be completely unable to lend assistance with my logi (I'm -10, too, but he's in my corp!).
Now, if I'm in Corp B, he's in another corp/alliance entirely and -10, and I choose to rep him... well, I deserve the sec hit, but not the GCC if he is not the initiating combatant!!!
Granted, I should not be allowed to jump/dock for the requisite time period after repping him... if he's in my corp or not.
