Argee with this not so much because of the logistics ships issue (and i fly logistics alot) but more because an outlaw cant even remote rep his own drones (normal ships not that important but fighters are a diffrent issue mainly due to cost) without getting global crim which tbh is just plain stupid.
Btw if you do fly logistics legitimately (i.e. player corp not hiding from wars to remote rep) go read PitBoss' Neutral/Alt Remote repping thread and make them see that giving remote repping an agression countdown would screw up logistics.

We're dealing about people getting GCC cause they're remote repping outlaws WITHOUT GCC. explain a situation where somebody in a high sec war is going to be remote repping an outlaw from a different corp....

Getting a 15 Minute GCC just by repping up 2-3 damaged ships with a Logistic(after a battle and after GCC) just because your mate is outlaw compleetly sucks.
Getting a GCC for repping someone that got GCC is fine, getting GCC and Sec penalty just because the target is a Outlaw isnŠt.

Quoted for hilarity. I have flown a logistics for a few weeks. It is really silly that I get GCC when I rep people that don't have it.
a quick question, if I rep someone that has a security status of 1.0 that has GCC, do I get GCC then? I'd assume yes, why not just keep that mechanic. You rep someone with GCC, you get GCC, and the same sec status hit they get. Its bad enough that if you fly a logistics you don't get on the killmail.

Just to check if someone attacks a blinky he can be RR'ed without taking a GCC? Basicly allowing you to aid an outlaw against a +sec pilot without a GCC. Need less of this no-agression RR stupidity not more.

MASSIVE support. If you rep an outlaw you shouldn't incurr a GCC unless he currently has a GCC. Repping an outlaw should however work the same way as repping anyone else = Agressed towards any people HE is agressed to.
