My main gripe is when CCP drastically changes stuff which were generally fine in ways that seem to make them worse, such as...
* Effects (Capital Jump, Nos, Sensor Booster) * -10 being red flashy * Sledgehammer Nerfs (Lots) * Sound * Glitches (drone window, gang mechanics, session/agro timers)

I hate 3 things:
The fact that the probing system is still full of bugs after several months.
The fact that drones (half the gallente weapons) are useless against sleepers.
Anyone crying about PVP in Eve (a PVP game).

well there are ALOT of valid points in this thread, the ones that get me.
session timers new cyno effects new tower effects (having gal towers garble my entire screen, flip on an axis and disapear etc, im assuming a designed effect as its been like it for MONTHS and still like it)
i like in eve how losing a t2 ship is expensive, otherwise war and pvp would be pointless, and too easy to replace losses, on another note, the large allainces holding moons which pay for there ships, meaning the only people that have a good chance of taking on these allainces are those that have there own hi end moon stashes, whole cap fleets being lost and replaced in a matter of days due to a handfull of moons is not ballanced!
the fact ccp feel the need to massivly change mods/ships after months/years of them being a certain way, iv been around a while and iv seen so many of these changes, and at least some of them after years of how they were!!
eve needs more isk sinks, good bought from npc sellers, ie ship visual mods/paint jobs
npc corp isk farmers, lvl 4's etc.. im all for lvl 4's and isk making, but there needs to be risk vs reward, they need to be in corps so at the very least they can be deced.
on the same note, starter corp tax <3 months - 0% tax 3-6 months - 25% tax 5-9months - 50% tax 9+ 75% tax
this way it does not effect new players and has downsides for long termers. joining a corp, then leaving it again does not work as soon as you go back to a normal npc corp your hot with an 50% corp tax off the bat raising to 75% after 3 months in that corp.
thats all i can be bothered to type now, but ofc there is alot more :)

Ship changing session timers. Just have one undock session timer that expires 30 seconds after you dock. Let us change ships as fast and as often as we want to though once in the hangar. I'm sure I remember hearing CCP saying they were going to implement this in Quantum Rise.
Hull damage effects. The one arbitrarily (and sometimes very curiously) placed exhaust plume isn't enough. More and more damage should become evident at various increments of hull HP reduction.
Propulsion effects. The same thing for ABs and MWDs is lame. Both should be changed from merely amplifying the brightness of the standard trails. For that matter, ships with overdrive injectors should also have modified trails.
WCSs. Why don't they cancel the MWD-killing effects of short scrams? That alone would elevate them from newb tool to valid PvP module for certain ship types and setups. There'd be some balancing to do of course, like one WCS shouldn't counteract the effects of half a dozen guys all short scramming you for example.
Meta 4 > T2 in effect strength. I've no problem with meta 4 being functionally better for certain fits than T2 at all. There should be that balance. But there are some modules where meta 4 literally has no downside compared to the T2 variant (armor plates hello.) Plate 2's should grant more HP than RRTs, at the expense of having higher fitting requirements.
Pirate faction ships. Some are clearly not designed for T2 modules. Some (oftentimes the same ones) were neglected when the Sansha ships were boosted. I like the ideas behind all the different faction specialties, and I'm not saying I want those changed per se. A simple CPU and grid boost is all that I want... err, actually no I also want Mordu and EOM factions represented as well, since they would consist of the Minmatar/Caldari and Gallente/Amarr mixes that are currently missing from the pirate ship lineup. Since both are small factions, they probably deserve unique ship models as part of an incentive for people to run the missions. It's not like there isn't precedent for that. Do the Cruor and Ashimmu ever actually appear in belts (no.)

Learning skills since they are pointless and just waste time. I have no problem with the training times on actual skills that actually allow you more access to game and increase character performance.

Bugs, the unsubbed training nerf, the compulsion to nerf anything that works, the bugs in the Eve launcher (locks up my PC for 30 seconds every time it crashes and dumps), the corp hangar access problem of POSs and Orcas, being unable to name a POS corp hangar, lack of sticky settings in starting research and manuf jobs, inability to distinguish BPOs from BPCs by icon, lack of real player-operated starbases, T2 not being in the Market, too many griefer psychos in the game, CCP lies and arrogance.

Nonsense. If Eve were truly just a PvP game there would be no Market, no manufacturing, no research, no trading. Eve is so much richer than mere PvP. The ppl who only do PvP miss out on most of what Eve has to offer. And there isn't even much true PvP at that... it's mostly one-sided ambush and assassination. Most who claim to be PvPers are just griefing cowards.

Bugs.
This game has always been and probably will always be the buggiest game I have ever wasted my time with.
From an overview that still ****s up and displays random ****, to a garbled sound engine that half the userbase turns off because it's broken, to UI windows that stick and unstick and move around with minds of their own, this game is a ****storm of bugs.

Definitely this. It's not very "free market economics" but government (CCP) should intervene somehow to get the price of salvage down. Burned Logic Circuits alone can keep a player with no skills very rich relatively at lower levels. And yet the markup on rigs is tiny compared to the salvage. Wtf? How on earth did something that is so almost freely available become so high priced?
The font is too small too.
And the sound is broken. It's always been broken. Jesus. And there's no antialiasing without fudging it. Bah.

- Attribute implants, they make you chose between extra attributes or PvP if they are an investment. Jump clones remove this partially but you still face the decision between PVP or faster skill learning. I chose the second. - Missions Time (they take to long. Reduce reward and shorten them. Or make the npcs more powerful and reduce their numbers so they feel more like fighting badass mother ****ers like in PVP. - Mission loot. Stop dropping **** that just ends up over flooding every market in the galaxy. - Microminers, spammers and people that buy isk. Stop buying isk and they'll go away. ****ers. - Mining. Still boring as hell and useless. Make it easy to mine veld or something so the newbies can do it and have it require scanning and probing to find dynamic moving belts. Easier to find static belts with better ore the lower sec you go. - The UI. :( -I'm a carebear and I hate it. Bought +5's a while ago and now I can't wait till I make more with trading to fund myself the loss of +5's when I pvp.

It doesn't make sense that we're allowed to have up to three characters per account, but not allowed to train more than one at a time. -Having to wait 30 seconds to change ships and to redock at a station if you forgot something, especially when there's a hostile or two flashing red right outside. Not to mention how close you have to be to dock, which means "setting course to docking perimeter" again. -How level 3 and 4 missions make the game lag for me. -The socket randomly deciding to close. -The slowness of Auto piloting. -Skills that take longer than a week to train. -How when you tell it to warp the fleet, the fleet doesn't always warp. -How hot my laptop gets. -How CCP tends to "favor" the Caldari race. -The ridiculously high standing needed to set up a POS in high sec and to install a jump clone. Honestly, I could go on for days, but I'd never dream of quitting EVE.

1) That CCP fails year after year to FIX THE POS SPAMMING.
2) That CCP failed miserably with Titans.
3) That CCP lacks balls to bann g00ns from CAOD.
4) That CCP were more concerned with looking good, then doing the right thing.
