I'll go along with this, very poor service and shocking customer service.
As much as it wont matter i shant be doing anything related to BIG ever again.

The tickets sold isn't updating fix it and it isn't me so their are more than just 10120 tickets sold I tested it I bought some more tickets and still nothing fix the problem using the admin fees and such your getting thank you.

Same thing happened with my lotto website with the api update and ticket count. The number up on the website is less than what is sold, if the people who have posted have bought tickets like they said.
This was due to the long patch with my site, so I am assuming it is the same with Bigs.

I bought 2 tickets on the 20th sending BIG Games 20m with the reason "Titan" and after that i sent 10m to enter the normal BIG lottery. But on the lottery receipt page is shows that half of the 20m for the titan lotto was a donation and the other half was used for the normal BIG lotto and the 10m I sent for the normal BIG lotto was voided.
Can someone from BIG fix this please?

Hi, my last Triple Titan purchase went on the normal lotto instead of the Titan lotto even though I included the proper reasoning
Date - Amount - Donation 2009-8-22 14:24 - 10,000 - 40,000
Could you fix those 5 please.
I've bought tickets for the normal lotto but these are not them.

I guess that the last patch broke something and all titan tickets go to the normal lottery by accident.

This has also happened to me. My receipt shows my money went to the normal lottery, not the titan. Even though I did everything I was supposed to.

This is a pretty big lotto tbh i would expect it to take some time, I'm sure they are working on the tick update issues caused by the patch update the other day.
Although it would be good to know if we can still win something if the ticket sales are reached

There are 2 different receipt sites.
One for the big titan lottery and one for the frequently occouring standard lottery.

i hate to say it, but i agree. BIG has a good history with the lottery. Be a shame to ruin that reputation just because no one wants to tell us what's going on.
Seems to me like they should offer refunds, and do this as 3 seperate titan lotto's. And just for the record, i trust 'em enough that i've gotten 350m already, and planned to buy a few more tickets. But can't do it now, since there seems to be no communications at all.
Just my opinion.

If they were going to scam you'd think they'd wait til the ticket count was more toward 300b. I know BIG has a good history, but still, with no communication and the tickets now going to the wrong receipt page I agree to stop buying tickets for now.

This isn't a scam, if you have had dealings with BIG and TornSoul you will know that the lines of communication have never been that good. The whole BMBE proved that years ago. Torn doesn't have the best approach to public relations but a scammer he is not.
