Rigs ARE all seeded folks, they just have them spread all over the ****ing game.
For the ambitious ones out there, go around, collect them all and sell them in jita as a full Small/Medium Rig packs.

Hmmm because theres like 30,000 people trying to log on at once, you try building a server that can handle that

Relog and it should be fine. You simply got stuck in the mad rush to get to the new rig bpo's and get on the market first.

SO that means I aint gonna need any.
Nice thing is ...the small and medium should never be more expensive then the large..
So since im used to paying for large..should make me wallet smile as one would hope that they would be cheaper..

Funny thing is, player count doesn't rise as I move up the queue. It stays at about 9400 players.
Are all the nodes/clusters up? Some load-balancing issues, maybe?

Don't know what their issues are, but mine is: Originally by: EVE Online.app There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status: Unable to download file o2/mac/evepremiumpatch94168-99186-mac.tgz from the server. Why don't you just start announcing 24 hour downtimes for patching? This is helping no one.
I don't mind not being able to log in for a day or two. But I do mind not being able to play when I am told I could...
And maybe this gives some time to check that all changes are actually working and keep you from disabling features the minute they are deployed (like "The new Caldari Epic Arc has been temporarily disabled")

Everyone should relax a bit. It's a major patch, and obviously, they've hit a bit of a snag. These things happen.
In Everquest, when SOE deployed one of their expansions/patches, the servers were unexpectedly down for DAYS at a time, and when they came back up, Bards were broken. Not just broken like Minmatar battleships being underpowered, broken as in not being able to activate your guns (or songs as the case might be) type broken. It would take them weeks to fix them.
I'm sure CCP is a) aware of the problems and b) working hard to fix it. |

I don't even know if CCP reads these forums, but what the hell.
I can live with some issues after a big patch. I don't HAVE to play right now.
But.. You should be updating this thread and acknowledging that you are working on things. An idea of when you expect things to be back up and running (stable) would be nice, so we can go do other things for a bit. I am sure that not having 1200+ people in q would help your troubleshooting. Please keep us informed. Its a small thing for PAYING customers to ask to be kept in the loop. |

If you're posting here expecting any devs or admins to regard and respond to your messages, I'm sorry to say they will not be seen for 2-3 days. Because, as usual, the CCP team is already out getting drunk due to "Another successful patch!" They'll need a day to get blotto and another day or two to shake the hangover, then they will begrudgingly trudge back to work and slowly begin to fix the mess they made today. I'd say give it a week or so for the queues to come down. I mean, you know that the ONLY things to do in Iceland are get drunk or play EVE, right?
I think they need some German or Japanese managers, who have the balls to fire devs who aren't pulling their weight, because truly the stagnant and small amount of change to this game over time is a pittance compared to what it should be. But I guess if you learn from Blizzard, slacking amongst the creative and development teams is the status quo... |

Seriously CCP, whoever is in your QA department they should be sacked! I'm sure in the current economic climate there are far better people out there more than willing to yake their place!
I was in for about 15 minutes, was looking at my assets and then the client just disappeared! No message, nothing, nadda! Then try to log back in only to be stuck in a queue of over 1000 people - been waiting now about 45 mins to get back on to still be #299 in the queue.
We seriously deserve some kind of refund for this, by either adding back a day to our game time, or by completing our current skill being trained

At least you didnt get dropped from the cluster with no message, after attempting to run a quick mission, in a ship worth over 250m, in the middle of 5 250,000+ bounty cruisers, and 3 250,000+ bounty battlecruisers, after logging in first with a que of 19 and expecting corpmate to log in to run assist (which hadnt hapenned, due to the que), with 4.5m worth of drones in space. . . then try to log in, in an attempt to 'maybe' salvage the possibility that said ship is still a ship, and not a twisted junkpile, due to the abrupt and untimely dissconnect (with no message, i might add)...

Pretty sure the new mining graphics haven't been implemented btw. Does "mining graphics" mean the icon for strip miners, or the graphics for the lasers when being used? Either way. Warp speed is not fast enough. We must go straight to...ludicrous speed! |

This is totally your fault. Don't do risky things immediatly after a patch.

I've had no problems with the update at all so far, except for the time it has taken and the unexpected re-boot. Logged in as soon as the server would let me in (eg when the timer to the server was up) and ratted for a hour before the unexpected reboot message came up. Logged off, went to get some dinner and back now. I have to think that only people in busy systems are being messed up.

My guess is they knew they had a bottlenec/bugk and wanted to get a load on it to catch/resolve it. They capped the max users to 9.5-10k and were able to catch the problem. They stopped the cluster, made the change and bounced the cluster.

I understand the issues that come with all patches, however i do not understand how this can happen on the main server as we all know there is a test server "should not all bugs be sorted on test server before deploying on to main server" ? also as seems the case with every patch or problem the player base has dev's ignore us until they are ready all the players are asking is to be informed how hard is it for ccp to have a dev answering the forums. as always there are those who complain and those who do not those who attack or abuse other players for shearing their opinions and those who just give up. all games come to an end often because the problems become just to great to be put up with any more or because players just get tired of being ignored or just because the game has changed to much from what it was when they first started playing it. I am sure ccp understands that for now the amount of players starting to play eve is greater than the number leaving eve and so they do not need to do anything for now but in time this will change and when it does maybe ccp will learn lessons just as all the other games out there have.

Yes No
...after checking the url http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/mac/evepremiumpatch94168-99186-mac.tgz nothing was found.
i then tried the manual patchdownload, and still "file not found"
i would also like to note that the dialog was confusing as it was initially not large enough to see the "Would you like to visit the support page" at the bottom, rendering the meaning of the yes/no buttons ambiguous.
Is there a problem with the patch that has lead to its removal, or is this a genuine issue?
strangely the other page mentioned: Your Operating System Mac Your Build 94168Latest Build 99186File Size 45.3 MB
before linking to the same broken link.

Further, i just noticed, but even if i download the .tgz, the instructions state that i should open the EXE file. now those instructions are fine for the pc file which is indeed an exe, but what about in the mac case? Afaik .tgz is an archive format, so unless you included the EXE in the archive its unclear what one does with that. (it could be in the archive, in which case you should mention how to extract it properly)
Quoting for reference from the mac download page:(http://www.eveonline.com/patches/patches.asp?s=&test=&system=mac):
"Here you can download patches for manual patching, if for some reason autopatching fails.
To manually apply a patch you will need to download the patch from below and save it to a local folder. Launch the EXE file from that folder. If a file-open dialog appears then locate EVE on your hard drive.
If you experience any problems then do not hesitate to contact support on http://support.eve-online.com"

Regarding Rig Blueprints Seeeding:
They are seeded properly at the same NPC corp stations as the original large rig blueprints are.
To give locations of the most common complaints here:
- armor rig blueprints : amarr space (domain/tash murkon region for example)
- drone/hybrid weapon/electronic superiority rig blueprints : Gallente space (everyshore/essence region for example)
- astronautic rig blueprints : Minmatar space - (heimatar/metropolis region).
It is typically the science corps which seed the blueprints so check the stations of the following corps:
Amarr NPC Corps
- Viziam - Cartham Conglomerate - Khanid Innovation
Caldari NPC Corps
- Ishukone Corporation - Kaalakiota Corporation - Lai Dai Corporation
Gallente NPC Corps
- CreoDron - Duvolle Laboratories - Roden Shipyards
Minmatar NPC Corps
- Boundless Creation - Core Complexion - Thukker Mix
Also ensure you have "show only available" ticked when looking for them in the regional markets.

OK, got in quickly.. went shopping for rigs bpo's.. got booted with no message.. got queued at about 1000.. started the alt's client for giggles.. got him queued at about 35 places behind my main. by the time the queue ran down my alt was 130 places AHEAD of my main and as soon as I tried to log in, the server went down. FIX THE STINKING QUEUE SO ITS ACTUALLY QUEUES PEOPLE IN ORDER OF INITIAL LOGIN ATTEMPT! I've had one account queued at other times and been able to log in with no queue on my second account. The queue is broken, its BEEN broken but never gets addressed at all. /end rant
aside from that annoyance, I was happy with the patch. Absolutely everything is subjective. |

This has nothing to do with the QA team. It has to do with them purposefully bottlenecking the server as to gradually increase the load.
What is happening (or was) is that people were getting dc'd from the server to make room for others while the total load was being increased.
It happens.
And while we're at it, having worked in the video game industry, and on MMOs, its extremely unfair for you to blame eve's QA for any of this. Its NOT QA who handles the promotion of a test build to a live server. Nor are they responsible for any errors that occur during this process.
That's a whole different group of human beings that the testers probably don't even know.

Regarding the Epic Arcs:
I was really looking forward to them. Im not an uber mission runner. I really get bored quite fast from the ever repeating missions. From the arc i was expextiong some new missions connected by some nice story. So i grabed a ship and piloted it to Josameto where the Caldari Agent is. But what did i find in Josameto? An Agent from a corp i never heard about with a standing requirement of 6.8. Of course i do not have the standing to the corp nor do i have a high enough faction standing towards Cadari State. Maybe that is not a problem at all for hardcore mission runners but the casual mission runner like me wont be able to enjoy this content without many hours of more grinding.
I dont want to run dozends of level 4 missions nor do i have the time for that. So the consequence is that i cant access that content. Sorry but the standing system is just stupid here.
Elgaris.

Does this have anything to do with the problems that were reported in the Test Server Feedback thread, and ignored? You know, you really should give more time for these things to be tested properly, and don't release them when you know you have bugs. The time frame to test this was CLEARLY not long enough.

Quote: Killing player ships belonging to enemy militia now grants loyalty points for your own Factional Warfare militia. Please note: this only works for killing your militia direct opponent; a pilot in the Federal Defence Union will only receive loyalty points for destroying State Protectorate ships, not 24th Imperial Crusade assets
Our Caldari Militia fleet killed 2 Gallente Militia BC's, one of which I got the final blow on, and a number of us didn't get any LP's at all (myself included). Although 4 of our ships were destroyed all were still on grid.
Is there some other requirement other than being in the gang, against WT's and on grid?

It wanted to default to C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE for the install and I pointed it to my correct EVE installation directory but I can't seem to get this thing to patch.
Help?
Nevermind - for anyone who needs future reference MAKE SURE the Partition that you EVE install resides on has enough room. I only had 90MB free on the Partition EVE was on and hence it kept giving me Error Code 29.
Kinda curious as to why it didn't state "Not enough space" ... hmmm

I bug reported that several days ago on Sisi (test server).
Despite me stating it was test server, the bug reporter replied "We can't assist with problems on Tranqulity (live) please petition for reimbursement of datacore on live server".
I asked them to confirm this.
I got a second reply saying "OK, do it again and attach logserver and crash dumps".
I decided that CCP isn't paying to me to do their work for them, so they can do it themselves or I'll invoice them for my time. I have made them aware of the bug via official channels, and that's where it ends for me.
(That being said, I did logserver it out of curiosity and it reports a python error).

On a brighter note, I didn't log in until some 6 hours after the server came up, I was sleeping.
It patched properly. I logged in just fine, no queues. I played with probes briefly, which looks very nice and seems to work a whole lot better. Running 2 clients in windowed, alt tabbing here and there with no problems. I notice the popping sound issues have been fixed. XPSP2 on a box that should've been retired years ago. My patch experience was very positive, unlike the venomous whingers in the first 4 pages.
Some of those whingers should play more MMOs and see what really happens when a patch goes wrong.
I know that sounds pretty fanboi...but seriously it was a decent patch.

Salvage conversion is something we have wanted to look at for a while. This is the ability to effectively fix broken salvage so it can be used to manufacture Tech II rigs. The most likely way this will be done is a through a reactor which will convert a quantity of broken salvage to fixed salvage in reactors which can be placed at high sec starbases.

nice job CCP,...everything runs soo much smoother,....I love the scanning fixes,...Geeeezzzzzz,...scanning is soooo smooth now, ill probably spend most of my time scanning,..love it.
I havent tryed the missions yet but i do have one question. In the notes it reported that the bonuses to shields and armor, the passive amount was applied, was that with the active amount also,...in other words passive+active or was it jsut the passive amount. If its just the passive, that would explane the problems that ive had in some missions with with EM and THERMAL in my raven. The only other thing that i was actually concerned with was the screwed up sound in mission,....no missile sound, no rail sound,...made it really boaring. -=+>xXx<+=- Fly safe and eat your vegatables OH and did i mention,...Great job CCP, Love it,...OH and dont screw up the nice job youve done so far.

Edited by: Ariane VoxDei on 21/08/2009 10:54:19 Market filters not working properly
When loading a specific item, the filters incorrectly take out a lot (and sometimes all) of the market orders. This applies to both the buy and sell orders.
Known workarounds: * Switch to the 'price history' tab and back the to 'market data' tab. Requires 2 mouse clicks. OR * Turn the filter off and back on after loading a group. This has to be done for both Buy and Sell filters, so requires 4 mouse clicks.
Edit, sorry, i meant the 'market data' tab, not group tab.

There are some hilarious examples of stupidity in the past 6 pages, my favourite is the person who decries that sooner or later a competitor will come along and make a better eve, this is truly a priceless gem, the idea that some other game company will replicate 8 years of community driven effort and steal all the players away from the supposedly incompetent ccp. Some of the posters in this topic ought to be shot for stupidity imho.

I just want to state that it was not fixed by downtime. I assume it is a clientside problem, since it get the orders but filters them inappropriately.
Example, i have all the standard minerals in my market quickbar. Tritanium, pyerite, ... all the way to morphite.
Some times, the market display is correct. Sometimes it is not. The previously described workarounds still work.
If I for example jump between the minerals: first trit, then mex, then back to trit, the trit does not always display correctly.
My filter settings are not special. A simple price deviation filter on buy and sell, along with a 'ignore low/null' orders filter.

Currenty re-downloading client, which sux cuz it's way huge now.
I run WinXP Pro 64 and have had no problems with the patch.
I must just be extremely lucky then, because I'm running two separate computers that ran the old patch like champs. However yesterday, both computers (one XP x64 and the other XP x32 - updated with the most recent updates/drivers before CCP's wonderful new patch) dazzled me with every Windows user's best friend, BSOD... Can I get a woo woo !!
Coincidence you say! Well perhaps, but let's examine this: Both computers (XP x64 and XP x32) were running superbly before CCP's stunning demonstration of "how to deploy a patch right, the first time!"
Now, the only thing that changed was the new patch.
So if everything was running hunky dory before CCP made changes, and if after applying CCP's new patch I was treated to the visual ecstasy which is BSOD, common sense would say that, most likely, the thing that changed was at fault.
Now I know, I have a better chance of hitting the Lotto than getting CCP to admit their code corrupted my OS on two separate, unrelated computers. Heck, I'll even admit that two BSODs on two different computers, running two different versions of XP may well have been coincidence... that is sure one heck of a long shot though.
I'm feeling lucky, think I'll play the Lotto
Even after taking the time to back up all my sensitive data, I'm a bit concerned that the cause of my BSOD on two different computers, on two different versions of XP was the CCP patch.
If EVE kills my hard drives, it's really gonna suck having to install two OSs from scratch
Damn you CCP and your action packed, amphetamine fueled visual orgy of a game... EVE !!

If anyone is still struggling to get Eve installed and working since the patch here is what finally worked for me:
Download the 88737 build from Clicky
Once installed start Eve without patching and allow it to autopatch (I know the autopatcher sucks but I twice attempted and failed with the manual patch before I tried auto for this version).
Before this I had downloaded and reinstalled over 10 times using all 3 methods and 3 different versions and every time it was the same "CRC error" or "Corrupt Install" garbage that forces people to download up to 20GB in order to apply a 20MB patch every patch day.
1. Completely remove Eve from your puter. 2. Restart 3. Download the 88737 install from the above link. 4. Install 5. Start Eve and allow it to run the autopatcher. 6. Restart 7. Hopefully have fun until the next patch day.
This is what finally worked for me and hopefully it will help a few more of you.

Your EVE client installation may have modified, damaged or corrupted files. Please re-install the game client. Bad manifest signature, timestamp "2009.08.14 13:59:00", expected "2009.02.25 10:35:34"
The files moved have to do with character settings and preferences, which I am trying to copy from one machine to another. I run Vista Ultimate 64. The reason I was moving these files is because on my new machine with a fresh install of EVE, I have no sorting folders set up in my People & Places for my addressbook and bookmarks - just a big, messy list of people and places! Upon copying the relevant files and attempting to launch EVE again, I received the message above in italics.
This error prevents EVE from launching. How to get rid of this error? Re-installing EVE will take a couple of hours on this connection, and it will simply get rid of the settings files I want. Halp.
Edit: EVE works just fine if I used the (Safe Mode) version in the EVE directory, just not the usual exe.
I do not think this is an actual Apocrypha-specific issue, but more an installation issue. I do not know how to fix it short of reinstalling EVE, which, as stated, would not fix the issue of not having my people & places sorted. -- "Quite possibly the nicest person who'd ever want to kill you." |

Two issues regarding sound
#1 Sound still frequently disappears altogether and I have to zoom out and back in to hear the explosions hitting my ship (old problem)
#2 I now have a permanent gate humming while in space regardless of whether I am near a gate or not. This is new |

Yes, had the same problem and message. - Thats when you edit or delete stuff in them folders. I implemented the FW experimental fix some weeks ago. That made that root or file invalid. - No way around to reinstall just the client. All settings and preferences should be not effected then.
Oh and ... very good job on fixing the FW lag CCP, had not even a module lag so far in larger engagements. |

Not sure that is new? I've had a similiar problem for quite a while - where somewhere on the long trips to Jita I pick up the constant gate hum that hangs around in warp / station etc. To clear I usually hit ESC to bring up the options menu, go to the sound tab, tick off sound, tick it back on again, then exit the menu. That seems to clear it.

My map is broken, as is my remote viewing of other ships
when looking at another ship and rotating the view, from a certain angle the view "skips", turns upside down and a black right triangle that covers the bottom of the screen, from the bottom left corner to the top right corner of the screen
also my map is upside down and the same triangle appears
if you don't fix it I'm gonna quit the game

We have found the cause and determined this only affects the first factional warfare kill on each node. We have an internal fix ready for testing and we will deploy it as soon as possible. The fix makes sure that kill / lost entries are properly recorded in all cases. The issue is a special edge case where in certain rare circumstances the kill is not recorded.

The probe control elements in low quality shader mode does not have any lighting/contrast and its still VERY had to see expecially on blueish backgrounds. Originally by: SrA JTS I must just be extremely lucky then, because I'm running two separate computers that ran the old patch like champs.
EVE !!
Common sense says that you didn't change anything that you are AWARE of, the chance that you changed something you are not aware of and this caused the problem, is more likely.
Also, when you say patched up to date, how exactly, all WHQL certified drivers, or manufacturer drivers or what? There is a difference and "fully patched up to date" is just a PEBCAK way of saying "i clicked yes to every pop up that said it wanted to update something, and I didn't notice the malware that i gave permission to run with admin permissions".
There are literally tens of thousands of different things which can cause windows to bluescreen, from hardware issues, software, driver issues, even those of us who support PC's for a living get the occaisonal BSoD that can't be explained, sometimes windows is just tempermental. To sit there and say that CCP have screwed up your PC though, when 99% of eve users have patched with zero problems, is simply stupid. I know you don't want to hear this, but theres a problem with YOUR COMPUTER, not with the patch.

Edited by: Tohmu Blackwing on 23/08/2009 14:15:01 I haven't been in EVE much lately, but I have two problems since the patch:
1) I installed the patch but one of my clients (I have 2 installed) will not get past the authenticate step of the login. The game freezes, requiring me to use the control panel to end the process. (Win XP)
2) Ok, this is a bit anal, but did the sort order for the items hangar change? This game makes it hard enough to keep track of your inventory (hello generic icons and no sorting of items in your hangar) as it is, so I use station cans to order my inventory. I set up a logical grouping of my assets and to keep the cans appearing at the top of my inventory, in the order that I wanted, I used numbers at the beginning of each can name.
Example:
1 Missiles 2 Hybrid Ammo ...
Well, I have over 20 cans numbered and named this way. And now they are ordered as follows:
1 Missiles 11 whatever this can is 12 another one ... 19 another can 2 Hybrid Ammo
AFAIK, the sort order was working for 2 years, and now it ignores numbers and spaces. Was this intentional?
Thx
EDIT: New issue, my WORKING client now freezes up when I try to resize my ship window. I have been trying to readjust my windows since the patch to where they were before and this is the only window that has caused this problem. The game just locks up. Same as problem #1, above.
I am starting the game up with the /end LUA statement at the end of my shortcut path. This hasn't changed in a very long time for me. Just in case this is an issue.

Yes. From the patch notes: "Sorting items in the hangar will now display items of the same type (i.e. containers) correctly. Previously, the display would change order after sorting by name, then sorting by type, and sorting by name again." This was an issue introduced in Apocrypha 1.3 when we replaced the database layer of the inventory system.
The inventory system relied on an implicit order maintained by the old database layer for sorting icons in hangars, which the new database layer does not maintain. In Apocrypha 1.5 we put in an explicit alphabetical sort. For example, if you sort by type then the items of the same type are sorted alphabetically by name. You will note that '19 another can' comes before '2 Hybrid Ammo' in an alphabetical sort ('19' vs. '2 '). Rename it '02 Hybrid Ammo' and all will be fine.

Hey uh... The new probing graphics are lovely... But those shadows that were the problem in the first place, that appear on the center plane of the system under the scan spheres, blocking view of any probes below them, and don't seem to have any use at all except to hinder the use of probes, are still there.
So... You didn't fix the problem, you just made everything else around the problem look shinier.

2- Filters don't seem to be working. I'm stuck with an old filter I created for "Cosmic Anomalies" (prior to patch) and I'm not able to change it to anything else nor delete it.

That's the same problem I had - couldn't download a standalone client that didn't report CRC errors on the unpacking process - even when I unpacked it manually and installed from there it would give me the checksum error. Seems to be consistent ever since the Apocrypha update was released - only way I'm able to get the game to work is to use the client on STEAM.
Its either something in the unpacking process or something hardware related that's corrupting the download - like your router or ISP (some people have even suggested bad RAM modules - though I don't buy that). Honestly, though I really don't know how to fix this and these forums are filled with people (going back to before Apocrypha) with this exact same problem and no solution.
I'd suggest trying the Steam client, but afraid it's not free...

My drones don't shoot :(
I am in the mission "Opening Moves" (level II agent) and am supposed to destroy a former CONCORD base. I have given my drones the command to engage the target (via mouse and keyboard shortcut), but they don't shoot at it. The drones window says that the drones are fighting, the drones are circling the base, but not a single shot comes out of them and no damage.
The drones destroyed the ships and fought just fine. Only this base, a large collidable structure, they refuse to shot at. It did work before the patch! --

I didn't see a discussion on this yet.
From the My Rifter is equipped with the following rigsā

5. Salvage Drop Rates
Some salvage drops far too frequently, some not enough for the quantity it is required in. Some time will be spent looking at this to ensure drop rates are suitable for the future.
Ok, so I understand that salvage drop rates may or may not have already changed, but since I'm accumulating the parts to build my rigs, I am keeping a fairly close watch on the salvage. I'm running level 4 Minmatar missions and I have not salvaged a single Alloyed Tritanium Bar since the patch. Pre-patch, I would see one or two bars in every 4 or 5 medium or large wrecks.

Actual problem is inconsistent missile range:
According to my fitting screen I have a missile range of 13.5 s * 7,875 m/s = 106,312.5 m (Scourge Fury Heavy Missile, 6 launchers in one group, Tengu Offensive - Accelerated Ejection Bay - if that matters). I had 3 missile batteries between 101 and 103 km away from me. My velocity was 0.0 m/s. When I started firing missiles they missed, but after 3 or 4 volleys they suddenly hit - without me (or the missile batteries) moving.
It appears the first few volleys after activating the launchers had shorter range (maybe 5km), although sometimes even the first one went all the way.
Client is/was Windows.

inventory system appears to be significantly slower than pre 1.5 our corp hangars are quite stacked with items and the inventory loading sometimes reminds me to bookmark-bombs exploded in a hangar ..... ________________________________________________ Some days i loose, some days the others win ... |

Edited by: Midori Blacke on 31/08/2009 11:17:13 When using 2 or more EVE clients simultaneously on same computer after leaving clients idle for a while( from 20+ minutes to up to 2 hours ) one or more clients disconnects without warning. Client looks normal but any try to get some dynamic information - for example wallet or player info fails.
This begin to happen after installing last patch( 99186 , Apocrypha 1.5 ).
Using Windows client.
Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

I am having trouble unsubscribing from an EVE mailing list. I tried filing a bug report on the issue, but was told by the bug hunter to file a petition instead. I couldnt find a suitable petition category for the problem, so I try here instead.
I am trying to unsubscribe from the channel called "EVE-SURVIVAL MAIL" list from within the EVE client.
When I press the unsubscribe button, the window containing themail disappear/close as expected, but when I relog, the mailing list is back, and I am subscribed again. Whether this is a bug, or some client cache issue I dont know, but any input on this issue woule be appreciated.

Having the 37of39 bug, (client gets stuck downloading the 37th bulk data file then crashes and repeats) three clients over two separate machines.
The clients were working post-patch, but something went wrong after a downtime.
I have followed the steps outlined here Bulk Data - Fix
Using one of my spare clients I have tried everything I could think of - I have removed the settings files from my c:/ drive (making it seem a new client). I have reset the cache. I have even tried completely removing my bulkdata folder (at which point it got stuck on 5/39 for a while then went back to the same problem)
Yet sadly, all to no avail. I am on dialup, therefore cannot download the entire client again. all PC's are running XP Pro with the latest release of EvE.
Please, CCP, I have already lost several days of playtime, my accounts expire next week and i need to be online to earn the ISK i require to continue playing. Through no fault of my own I am about to be forced out of your game. I have scoured the forums for almost 24 hours now yet the only suggested fix did not work...Surely there is a way. Not sure if it's reported in here yet or not, but I opened a petition. I tried to transfer some $$ from my own wallet to an alt with the 'give money' option in right-click. It won't let me send more than the active corp wallet has in it. I've been transferring $$ between characters quite a bit but this was the first time I tried it with an active wallet that had under a mil in it.

I don't know if this has been reported and I have not opened a petition, but it seems to me that if I do more than 5 market queries in the constellation Aulari in The Forge, my jump time at gates is elongated. To work around this, after my market queries I logout (ctrl-Q) and logon. I then go about missioning or exploring and near the end of my EVE day, I do a few market queries and shutdown until tomorrow.

Anyone else noticing landing over 2500 from gates in a pod a lot more often since 1.5 apoc patch? Or is it just me.
On a good side though, Tnx CCP for fixing the lowsec desynch crap. We're enjoying 60+ man fleets with little issues frequently now. Was a long time coming, but it's finally done.

With the deployment of Apocrypha 1.5.1 we would ask that you report any new issues to this thread.
Thank you.
