I might fail in the english language, but i have been consistent in my actions and statements, i dont change my statements.
There is a difference between misunderstanding and deliberetly misunderstanding someone, aswell as twisting their words into their own agenda. That is what you are doing. And when you are doing this, it does become a question as to why you are doing this, and i know why you are doing it Brock, i know why you are frustrated, and it has nothing to do with my statements, tmpi or myself as a person. Its all about you Brock.
what i admit to have failed at is communicating my message in a easy understandable way. I dont go back on my word. Only one time did i bite over more than i could chew and that was in regards to bobbys ipo. and that is something that still bothers me, though i know the events behind the reason where out of my hands.

You seem to think I have some kind of ulterior motive to be acting like this, that I have some kind of agenda.
Care to tell me what that would be? Care to tell me why I'm so frustrated that I'm doing this?

I'm rather confused by this whole post.
But as long as you are simply claiming that Brock has something personal against you, it looks like a lame try at an ad hominem.

How am I twisting your words? How am I calling your a liar? How am I implying that you're dishonorable? Please, quote me for each instance.
I've merely pointed out that one day you say this and another day you say that.
For example, your post 6 months ago said that you will take shares as compensation for the 50b, then few days ago you say that you won't be taking compensation and then when I pointed out the discrepancy, you change it for the third time going "Oh, excuse my bad English, when I say share, I mean compensation" (Btw, that's not twisting your words, that's paraphrasing what you said).
I've merely asked questions about new information in your post.
For example, you said that the 50b you've added to the TMP generates no income and then I asked you why bother adding it anyways? At that point, you went way off the tangent and start rambling about me calling you a liar, calling you a dishonorable, twisting your words, telling me that you know why I'm doing this but you won't reveal it.

exactly brock you doing it right there.
I never said i would take SHARES as compensation, i said i would take A share. Now if your claim was true, i would litteraly have said that i was taking ONE SHARE as compensation. Now why would i take one share valued between 500K and 1.5M as compensation for a 50B injection? You are the one that doesnt make sense.
So you are lying, if your not deliberately misunderstanding me.
And i didnt go of any tangent, i answered your question for the 10th time: I injected the isk because i thought i did something good for my corp and my investors.
None of your examples holds any merit, what so ever. your are twisting my words. And your latest post shows yet again that you are doing just that.

What debate? For the last 10 or so post, I've been on the TMP topic and you've been talking about me.
I know your English is bad but how can you even tell I'm frustrated and why? How were you forced into telling everyone that you think I'm frustrated and that frustration is not because of TMP or you?

The more you post the more like Riethe you sound/act. Confusing statements, assets that are not assets, isk that is not but kind of generated, insinuated ad hominems, and plain refusal to accept facts as you've represented them. The whole verbal sparring around the nature of people asking questions while avoiding the question(s)... problem here is that you really are acting consistently. Not as a capitalist but as a scammer. In essence, if you've got something to say about Brock spit it out or stfu. Dancing it around it like you've done, for two posts, is insulting to those reading and only denigrates any respect you may have had. (If you ain't got the balls to stand up to your claims, why bothering dithering around?)

Very well shar ill answer you...
First of i would like however for you to make just a short list of the questions i have avoided.
Secondly; you keep forgetting i am post riethe, i have no idea who he is (other than a scammer, and someone apparently YGR think is everywhere) I dont know how he sounds, or how he acts.
You seem to think its a question about balls or courage, its not; i really didnt want it, as i had respect for brock, and considered him a ingame friend.
This was what i wrote but chose to delete.
Very well.
Your frustration is based on the fact that you are:
1: an incompetent auditor 2: an incompetent ipo manager
it hurts you to see that i have succes and investor trust, while you have none.
The reason i am being the target of your flak is because you made a grave mistake in your audit of TMPI. Neglecting to see that we had a 5B pos in low sec etc. Amongst many other mistakes.
Brock i had respect for you, but when i feel down in my stomache, its just not there anymore, with that gone; i no longer feel obligated to answer your posts. So have a good one Brock. Good Luck out there.

Perhaps lvv, perhaps i am. I really dont care about what reputation i have in the eyes of brock, or shar. Or yours if you are of the same mind.
i have answered the questions asked so many times now.
and there are 2 causes for this.
1: i just fail in communicating. 2: someone fails in reading comprehension.
I dont plan on running another public investment, its just not worth it. I am close to a burn out, not ingame, but from MD. Because of people like Brock.
I will just retire. its aggrevating, and i take personal offence to being called a scammer, liar and a cheat. Im out of MD, its not just fun anymore. I will continue to pay dividends, i will honor any ingame contract or deals that has been made, this will not effect anything but my posting here on the eve forums.

I adjusted part of your post as I think you meant the line to specify Brock. I feel it also important to note: Quote: An Ad Hominem is a general category of fallacies in which a claim or argument is rejected on the basis of some irrelevant fact about the author of or the person presenting the claim or argument. Typically, this fallacy involves two steps. First, an attack against the character of person making the claim, her circumstances, or her actions is made (or the character, circumstances, or actions of the person reporting the claim). Second, this attack is taken to be evidence against the claim or argument the person in question is making (or presenting). This type of "argument" has the following form:
1. Person A makes claim X. 2. Person B makes an attack on person A. 3. Therefore A's claim is false.
The reason why an Ad Hominem (of any kind) is a fallacy is that the character, circumstances, or actions of a person do not (in most cases) have a bearing on the truth or falsity of the claim being made (or the quality of the argument being made).
Your supposed lack of respect for Brock has spontaneously formed over the past several hours. What is clear that you are going to dismiss Brock's questions under the guise of any supposed mistakes on Brock's part. Considering that you are also attacking Brock's auditing of your IPO ("many other mistakes") itself seems to suggest that it is the answers to the questions that are being avoided. That list of questions should be ready for you in a jiffy. Brock has them well thought out so why don't we let him ask them and leave the Q&A between as few parties as possible. Okay cupcake?

What a cluster****.
The easiest thing would just be to take that 50b out now and compensate anyone who bought inflated shares. If ji is actually willing to part with 40b for the sake of his company, then the x<<<40b it will cost to do this will be an analogous expenditure.
The whole ordeal can then just be thought of as an ill-considered business move.

Easiest way to fix this problem:
1) Inject the 50b assets into the corp as advised 2) Liquidate those assets into isk 3) Pay a 50 billion isk dividend to your shareholders 4) Continue your operation as normal with NAV remaining at 75b
If you are indeed offering a free 50b to your investors by way of an asset injection that has no profit earning potential then doing the above has the exact same result without adversely affecting any future shareholders or having the market discussion people concerned that you are artificially raising the price on your alternate characters shares.
I hate getting involved in disputes so will say nothing of the fight above, hopefully this will pull things back to the topic at hand.

I answered your question already; but since this has become a repeating session; i might aswell repeat the answer.
I did what i did beacuse i thought it was in the best interest of TMPI and its investors.
I did make an announcement in my IPO thread, i did make it clear, now 5 months after it has become a problem. It was considered corp assets i simply rolled them over into the IPO!
There is no point in repeating questions as you have pointed. However, I was voicing my thoughts more than anything, hoping for a honest reason to do what you did, saying what you said is just evading the question, but I can not force you to give a real answer. The real answer would have said how that 50B fits into your business plan. I don't buy the "I thought i was doing something good for the corp and my investors", mainly because I think you have more brains than that and because you clearly implied that you were going to take it back when you said that "if i dont take a piece of TMP Industries when it closes shop, i will effectively be out of 50B". That means that you reserve the right to do so, further you say that "when this whole thing is over, I and perhaps other key persons will be taking an unspecified share of TMP Industries". Don't talk about the meaning of share, it is irrelevant if you meant to take the money in shares or NAV, instead try to interpret what was written in the context it was written. (I know you can do this, so please do it). and admit that your intent was taking the billions back. Originally by: Ji Sama If i see a good deal, and i dont have the liquids to invest in it, i loan... thats easy... so instead of gaining 0% extra profit i get perhaps 25% profit of which i have to pay 10% interest etc. and 0% > 15% imo... Problem is with solid assets that when the time comes for a fast turn over you will loose profit. I am trying to stop myself out of the habbit of cutting profit for a faster roll over...
Looks like you did it for the profit and you know basic maths, so all this giving 50B for free doesn't fit anywhere. Then you change your mind and say that you were not going to take anything back, but only after a lot of pressure and a lot of posts evading to answer with a clear yes/no. And then you say: "In the event of a withdrawal of assets, the people who have bought shares at the inflated price (as per the lecherito sale) will have to be compensated." so you state again that it is possible that withdrawal of assets occurs. When you started this IPO (2009.04.28) you said that your "current monthly revenue is around 30 Billion and our estimated NAV is around 50 Billion". One month later (2009.05.21) you have another 50B worth of specially useless assets created just to inject them in the corp to be able to say that "what you also fail to realize is that the assets injected where mostly passive assets, they dont generate an income!". Those were some of the facts, now my guess is that you tried a move, people saw it and then you changed your mo to damage control. I really believe you when you say that you're out of eve when closing TMPI, but I wonder if that you is your person or just your character. On the other hand it could be that you are honest and you are just incompetent, but I find it unlikely.

Between Keyser Kahn and Ji, somebody lost 3 billion to DBank. And now Keyser, an underwriter for this IPO, is trying to unload 8800 shares(2800 more than he originally bought) at a recently inflated price? It seems extremely suspicious.
This IPO was a disaster from the start (I just read all 12 pages), so I can now see why posters were aggressively interrogating Ji in this thread.

A little analysis is needed here. Not all is lost and if Ji Sama answers a couple of questions all the issues can be cleared up.
1. Ji Sama launches a 24.5B ISk IPO 2. 49,000 shares sold at 500K each 3. BUT, there are 100,000 shares in corp 4. Total value of corp is 50B 5. Ji Sama announces that he has injected his personal assets of 50B into the corp 6. NAV of the "sold" shares now sits at 1.35M each 7. This gives a value of the "whole" corporation of 135B ISK 8. Some shares that don't seem to be initially purchased go on sale at "new" inflated NAV 9. People are wondering why Ji Sama has been so generous with the 50B in assets? 10. Could Ji Sama or an ALT of his be selling some of his 51,000 shares at the new and improved NAV?
With some very simple changes, i.e Ji Sama does not intend for the shareholders to keep any of the total assets of the business then Ji Sama could make 24.5B in IPO launch (minus divs) plus upto a possible 70B in share sales of the 51% he owns.
A few simple checks could put every bodies mind at ease.
1. Please post the actual vote numbers here for the release of collateral with bad Bobby so we can truly see if Ji voted or not with his 51%
2. A basic audit should be conducted on Ji Sama to check if the corp has the assets (including cash) Ji is claiming. More importantly that Ji is holding ALL 51,000 shares he should be holding and none have been sold.
Either of those things are fishy then I would suspect some foul play at work.

Ji Sama's behaviour makes a lot more sense if you view it from an RPing point of view: (s)he has all her business ventures bundled into one company which she has taken public. Perhaps she has some private wallets for PvPing etc., but reading this thread I get the strong feeling that there are no business activities besides TMPI, i.e. that Ji does not seperate between a public owned part of TMPI and a privately owned one. If she expands her business, she expands TMPI (regardless of where the funding for this expansion does com from) and does not create some new venture besides TMPI.
Essentially she behaves like the owner of a small or medium-sized enterprise (injecting private assets/cash into the enterprise, having strong emotional bonds to the enterprise), only that she doesn't "own" that enterprise anymore. If you look into the newspapers these days - at least where I live - you get essentially the same story about owners of medium-sized businesses struggling with banks and private investors, because they didn't quite realize that these entities have a short-term interest in cashing out, on a weekly base.
If my impression is not completely off, I can somewhat relate to the base idea of Ji Sama and imho her behaviour does neither indicate plain stupidity or intent to scam. However, I miss the clear exit-strategy for investors. If she does pay out investors, it will destroy her whole business - if not she has to scam.
Best solution would be a "white knight" to buy up all TMPI shares with no intention to cash out (but profit solely from interest/dividends).
