I would spend 10,000$ on time codes to cash in my character. This would give me somewhere between 50-60 years of eve. I would then spend the remaining 90,000$ to buy timecodes to sell for 300 mil each. This would give me 1.8 trillion ISK in game. That is just enough ISK to pass Stimulus packages parts 1 and 2. I would stimulate the economy by investing in arming every noob in the galaxy with faction fit. It would kind of be like cash for clunkers. You bring me an Ibis, and I send you out in a faction fitted Manticore. Once I have assembled all of my faction fit noobs, we will take out concord and control all of high sec.

First, I would convert it to pounds.
Then replace my almost embarrassing 3 year old computer that cost ú750 at the time with a real computer.
Would still have a lot left after that, so probably invest in a Thinkpad and mobile broadband for it, to play EVE out of the house.
Maybe buy another cheaper laptop for vent, internet, EVEmon, EFT etc.
Probably only just reaching the ú10k mark there.
I'd buy a **** ton of stuff from the EVE store, lots of battleships to have real life spaceship battles.
Then I'd buy a friend to be an alt for me.

If I was given 100.000 usd I would 1 quit playing eve cause this game jus keeps getting wose with more dumb a players 2 fly out to the island with my hot as hell gf and relax and never think about eve again 3 make a post telling all the players to get a life cause I just got mine

Banks are a scam, useful for transferring and temporarily holding money, invest it in real estate or a good index fund, because the entire world would have to fall apart for those to lose it's value and at that point money would be the least of your worries.

For anybody thinking spending this kind of money on a game, just go out to a bar/club/watering hole... find an attractive stranger and in the middle of chit-chatting, drop how much you want to spend on fake Internet Spaceships into the conversation.
The expression you get should make that burning desire go away.
If I had to spend some of it on the game, I'd get a few years of subs on a few accounts. Donate the rest to a charity and say the benefactor is "Admiral PWNURFACE of Tranquility"

Considering a majority of modern countries have some form of deposit insurance which is usually a bit larger than 100K USD, I think you'll be safe. As far as EVE banks, well nothing backs them up or protects them, it all comes down to trusting somebody's EVE reputation.
if you have 100k to drop on internet spaceships, the limit on your visa card would surely be a huge turn on to most womenz!
if you are having the discussion on your own private yacht the turnon factor just gets bigger.

2) Just because I am not rich does not mean others are not. Some people spend over ten times that on an automobile. Back in the Good Old Days, you could spend that on a case of California Wine (Screaming Eagle). You can spend $100,000 for a week of some hotel suites. You can lose seven digits on one poker hand in the big game. So why the EVE hate? If you can afford it, I think 1E12 ISK is as reasonable a ridiculous indulgence for the super rich as many of the other things they buy.

100k.... i would probally use some on a very expensive pc and a better screen. The rest i would spend on lobbying certain people within ccp to make lowsec a more interresting and profitable place for evryone. Remove the criminal countdown and removeing warp core stabs would probally also be on my list

1.) Buy two more 24" monitors with computers/accounts to go with them.
2.) Buy about 500 billion ISK through plexes
3.) Buy four 50M+ SP PvP pilots.
4.) Lay waste to low-sec with my 4 character Force Recon gang.
5.) Invest the rest of the money in a business venture with CCP
(6. Start a MD thread giving away 1bn per best ideas on each page.) |

100k for a house? You get decent houses for that in the US? Seems a bit on the budget side...
For 100k i'd built a custom car with a few friends from the car industry.
And EVE? Well CCP gets subscription money for 1 or 2 accounts, thats got to be enough.
Buying EVE isk with RL cash is not cool anyways.
You can buy most of Detroit atm for 100k, fyi.
I'd consider that a rather poor investment at the moment.
and if you have 100k to spend on eve buying a house, or a pathetic 100k investment in ccp probably aren't anywhere on your mind, as well you already have a house or six, and could throw a few million ccps way.

Uhm, contact CCP and ask for a life-time sub with 1b isk per month to spend for 10k bucks... Spend 90k bucks (or 100 if they don't agree) on a new, small cost flat...

if you have to spend on eve get some gear from the shop, buy the book buy ship models... basically buy out the shop THEN spend it on plex which you then sell in game for iskies...
no really don't spend 100,000 on EVE ever...
buy a over-the top computer with all the Extra goodies... including the built in security that uses a flamethrower to keep unauthorized users out

I'm not sure it's possible to spend $100k on Eve, there must be a limit on how many plexs you can actually shift.
I would, lets see, at the current exchange rate $100k = ú60,532.43. I'm thinking Lotus Exige Cup 260 (if you are going to buy a car you should always buy the fastest version) that's approx 45k leaving about 15k for tyres and trackdays and maybe a GTC or two to boost my woeful isk balance.

That would clear all the Corps/Alliances and Sov., meaning all players would get a shot
to conquer lowsec and 0.0 all over again.

Get a sick 8x Monitor setup.
Go buy 160 Gamecards, turn them into ISK and buy 16 near identical ranged characters(maybe like 8 laser 100km snipers + 8 rocket/torp snipers), and macro snipe people constantly with the burst with Heavy T2 weaps and watch them panic.
You just need a program that replicates the same effect on each character.

i would buy another account, searched google for every damn iskseller there is to find and buy all the isk they have in stock for days. The account will surely be banned and the huge amount of isk that would otherwise influence the economy would disappear. Since CCP now has all the accounts that traded isk with me, the isksellers would take a big blow too. Who cares they made money from you, there gone from the game (at least for a while). With the rest of the money i would buy some timecodes for a few years and sell some for some isk. With that i would buy a raven with a nice fitting. The rest of the money will be donated to CCP if they put the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-E in the game.
