Thingymawotzit Kangaroos With Frickin Lazerbeams Negative Ten.	Posted - 2009.11.03 23:10:00 - [1] So currently I think the prophecy is the only bc which is really 'broke'. To address this I propose some changes to you - The people of S&M. If we can agree on a few changes then i'll go and post it in the assembly hall or something. So lets try and work on the Prophecy's strength here - Which is tanking. Currently as it stands you can get around 250k EHP with 3x1600mm and triple trimark. This leaves room for fitting light guns in the highs and getting a total of about 300DPS out of this beast. Now don't get me wrong I like the idea of a super armor buffer bc but i think it should have another bonus geared towards small guns. I think 10% to small energy weapons optimal range and 5% to rof or dmg. Also then change the capacitor bonus to small guns also. Share what bonuses you think should be added to the prophecy.

Well when you said that it shoudl get a gang link bonus, I assumed you meant on top of the bonus it already has. I has a 99% reduction bonus and is able to fit 1 gang mod. Same as all the other bc's. I don't understand what your trying to say here Omara.

(It doesn't need a laser cap reduction, it doesn't active tank anyway) I've seen people have a Medium Rep alongside a single 1600 Plate and a full rack of FMP's(You don't have enough PG for 2x1600's+MWD+6xFMPII's). In this case the laser cap reduction comes handy, as you don't have enough med slots like the Harbinger does for a Cap Booster. Though TBH most people use small guns anyway to get that extra plate in, so the gun bonus is rarely used on the Prophecy.

There is no t1 HAM equivilant. The maller and the proph could do with HAMs. and this has got f-all to do with FOTM, i can gaurentee that the maller or proph will never be very popular - but with HAMs its a start and a better training route to the Sac than we have atm (aka none).

Thats a buch of crazy talk. If you wanna "fix" it, giv it an extra hardpoint, same for ferox.

Either that, or give it a significant optimal range bonus and turn it into a sniping ship. Something else that I hate about the prophecy... It is so sluggish. It feels like flying a freighter. Ugh. Add a plate, and it's even worse.

Even with a HAM rof bonus, there's no way it will begin to approach T2 BC effectiveness, so you easymode drake pilots can breathe easy at the idea of increased variety on the battlefield. Besides, is anybody really upset at the idea of making the amarr ship line more SP intensive?
