My vote goes to the Moa. You could say Ferox but it is actually a some what serviceable ship if you use blasters. However, I cannot find any use for the Moa what so ever. It doesn't even make a good mining ship. You can do the same with the moa as with the ferox and fit a nice little shield buffered blaster boat with damage mods. What about all the lesser frigates of each race? I never see those little missile frigs around.

The bonuses look good on paper and might be awesome in practice, but the slot layouts make no sense, and neither ship has the power/cpu to fit any of the stuff their made to use, unless that's all you fit. They are tackle ships unable to tackle anything. But that is supposed to change with the Dominion expansion. *-- He said "The President is near."*

Not by far. You can even fit it with lasers and it isn't too bad (Yeah, sounds crazy, I thought it was stupid too, but don't knock it until you've tried it). I would rather fly a Moa any day over a Maller. I'm not sure if it is THE worst, but the Maller is pretty close. It is slow, damage potential is awful, it is outclassed by every other cruiser I can think of. The only thing that it can really do is fit a large buffer. And, it's ugly.

If you ignore low teir frigates and teir 1 cruisers its horrifyingly bad for a ship that should be the best ammar has to offer in t1 for a ship class. The t1 mining frigates are bad. The t1 interceptor varients are bad. The augoror is bad. Still think I'd go with the maller because while the other stuff was built to be crap the maller is among a class of ships (teir 3 cruisers) that was intended to be moderately useful.

Its not going to do well against something like a Rupture or any BC, but its a good Solo boat against frigs and grabbing random things people in belts if you want to use it solo. Its also a decent Fleet support ship. With Dual/triple TPs it can help out with BS fleets to take out smaller targets. Or you can just run the mids I run and pin things down for your fleet mates to kill. the most common fit i run. Cheap and some tech two mixed in. High 2 180s 3 heavy missile launchers mid 1 warp disruptor 1 web 1 TP 1 MWD Low 1 800 plate 1 DCU 1 PDU Rig 1 ACR 1 Projectile metastasis 1 em shield screen Drones as you want them. Didn't drop much though. Edit: the belli I used in that KM had no rigs, and was only t1 fit. Tyrone Bighams Gallente	Posted - 2009.11.10 03:19:00 - [20] t1 interceptor variants can be useful in a gang where tackle is needed. they can get stupid speeds for a t1 boat, and if you just fit speed lows a mwd and a scram, you can be useful. plus they have one of the smallest sigs in the game. and you can buy and fit a hundred of them for the cost of like one taranis. great for beginners. but were talking about the worst ship. i propose that that award is given to the celestis. sensor damps are worthless and thats all it does. now, im sure somebody somewhere has a KM of them killing something in a celestis, and that just goes to show that eve is a dynamic unpredictable place. but just because flukes can happen and your skills are thru the roof dose'nt make what ur driving at all good. happily being blown to shreds in the name of pvp experience, sincerely, Ty.

T1 Minmatar Mining Cruiser. I used one as Salvager becouse of it's agility, speed and compareble large cargo space. T1 frigs do there job. Equal if Mining or Mini-Interceptor. They are Rookie Ships and do work as intented.

This award should go to the ship that fails most at anything and everything and ideally is also kinda expensive. I'd give the award to procurer, a t1 mining cruiser like the scythe (hey, it has a use!) is epically superior and requires less SP to fly. I think it might even be cheaper. For ships costing atleast 50M isk I'd say it's the diemost. Sure it puts out crazy dps but you have to go point blank to use it and it's made of wet tissue. -----------------------------------------------------
