Just lost a hurricane in Reblier when I landed 39km away from the gate having gone past it. And then in a bubble. I was severely outnumbered, but that's beside the point.
Isn't warp to within 0km supposed to land you within 0? Well at least 2-3k like usual.
Is something that CCP would reimburse?

Warp to Zerp does just that, Well 0 to 2500 meters that is. HOWEVER
The WARP Bubble pull you into it. And that is its Function.
SO Both are working as intended. And now you know about warp bubbles, Nasty buggers aren't they

fail troll is fail.
If you warped into a bubble you were in 6-c and not in reblier. Bubbles cannot be used in low sec.

And I'm not whining at all - it's not the first Hurricane I've lost. I was just curious as to why that happened. And I got my answer.
And yeah, I was in 6-CZ49 going to jump into Reblier. My bad. ------

methinks a bubble foiled your warp.
Just checked our kb, yes you were in 6-c warping to the Reb gate (which is nearly perma camped). If a bubble is placed inline with the direction you are warping from then you will be pulled into it, this is likely what happened to you. To avoid this you should try to come from an odd angel, such as not from a gate or the station, but from some random celestial that is not in the same line as the gates or station, but frankly seeing how this gate is locked down sometimes, that might not even work. If you need to get by that area a lot get a cov ops or something to make a warpable point that is well off the gate in an odd direction that you can warp to first, or get a safe spot close to the gate so you can scan for bubbles before warping there.
Last, CCP should not reimburse this.
Hope that helps. ---- Proper piracy starts at home. |

People call troll because its a brand new alt, hence no picture. Flying a hurricane in 0.0. Which sounds like a troll.

You forgot to add the price of Platinum Insurance which is 11mil, so you lost 3mil overall.

I'm actually intimately familiar with that having spent many years based from one system over, EZA-FM. That gate is great for camping, primarily because it's an Empire gate. The EZA-FM and PVH8-0 gates are together in a pair, which means by placing a Mobile Warp Disruptor behind the gate, as I think these guys must have done, you get pulled past the gate and into the bubble.
If you want to bounce around the bubble you need to either come in from the 6E-578 gate or the station, however since both are low (beneath the Reblier gate by a large margin and angle), with large bubbles it's easy to cover all the angles.
I've personally got several bookmarks to avoid exactly these situations, coming in from angles that no normal travel would come from, ie: above and to the side of the Reblier gate.
Unfortunately for you, what you experienced was normal gameplay and as such won't be reimbursed.

Technically they are not.
Entirely different branch. Chimps, not cro-magnon. Shouldn't confuse the two. Big differences.
It's the poo flinging mainly. Makes all the different. Fling it at a keyboard and see what sticks. Usually quite a bit strangely enough.

Yes i remember those days, not all good but much pew pew was had by all involved... mostly at me :P
But yes bubbles suck (pun intended) and either having prior warning and BM's made or a strategic cruiser with the interdiction nullifier subsystem are a must to avoid bubbles :P Rally Against Evil Site |

Still there is something I don't understand and if someone could explain this I would be greatful.
What is it in a warp disruption bubble that causes you to get sucked towards it? What is the logical explanation behind this game mechanic? ------

ROFL that was a good one!
I guess this is a new feature as part of Domination... you now have to upgrade your ships autopilot (costs only 50mil ISK per day!) so it does the same **** it does now. It's called "fixing" I believe.
