I've been wondering about something.
What would happen if you sat near that undock, aligned and at speed towards a planet.
You then one-volley a hauler, and instawarp to the planet, waiting for you there is an alt or a buddy that can ALSO fly the tempest.
Immediately after landing on top of the capsule of your waiting friend, you eject from the ship. Your buddy then boards the ship immediately as well.
Would it be possible to keep the ship from being concorded this way?

I'm pretty sure avoiding concord is considered an exploit. Maybe I'm making that up in my head...I can't remember anymore

I would with minmatar battleship L5 as the 25% damage bonus would cancel out the extra damage from 2 more guns... And tempest would be a smaller loss isk wise.
Confirming 6 * 1.25 > 8
Also, ISK loss is negligible, hulls are still free with insurance, last I checked.

I know that, which is why I am wondering if this is currently possible, and thus an exploit needing a fix.

Because you're totally not going to do it if it is possible.
Not that I really mind

You're right I won't. Primarily because I cannot fly minmatar BSs or use large projectiles :P

2-3 Tempest, sorted
Good understanding of EvE you have there >.> strategic cruiser on undock going ~500-600m/s with most likely 80% resists is going to take more than 2-3 tempests to 1 shot it -.-
the tengu will be moving away from the undock so transversal will be 0 if you sit infront of it, and the tengu will most likely use active hardeners which will be off when he undocks....so yea 2-4 tempests could do it with emp i think.
If you dont believe me, just have a look through some nightmare losses, people instapop them in highsec with 7-10 ravens easily

Concord spawns everytime you come out of warp- if you have an infinite amount of safe spots (and a fast aligning ship) you can evade them till you get bored (or unlucky). Reuse one of those safe spots and you will find concord waiting for you there. Stay in one spot a second too long and they scram you before you can go to warp.
The eject and have a buddy get into it is an interesting proposal. If i had to bet one of two things are applicable. 1. it cant be completed in time- concord will always kill your ship before your buddy can get into it 2. Concord has the ship marked for death- ownership at that point is irrelevent

IF a ship is being targeted while it is empty, only the owner of the ship (read: last person in it) can board it.
Concord will insta-target your ship the moment it drops out of warp. You will eject, and your buddy will not be able to board.
And of course, anything you board for the next 15mins will be popped. ♥

with 2 cn invluns and a cn photon a tengu has just under 28k ehp against republic fleet emp. if the hardeners aren't on he will have just over 15k ehp. assuming the pretty cookie cutter active tanked setup, as them pithum boosters is good isk. You're posting again!? Has it really been 5 mins?

Well, instead of hopping into a pod with your main, you could hop into a shuttle that has been prepared at the point where you come out of warp.
The shuttle gets blown up by CONCORD. You have not evaded CONCORD, thus no exploit.
