I just wanted it to be clearly and absolutely pointed out and stated for the future and a set place/thread that can be linked to in game. I hope a Mod will confirm the permanent loss to put the icing on the cake.

Also, it doesn't instawarp, they changed the intertial modifier to 675 (!) so it is about the same as a sluggish shuttle - ie quick, but not as fast a pod. Also it's mass is less than a pod when in space (with a pod on board ?!?!)
